When Mark came to estimate the work needed he went into great detail as to what to expect on the days when the work would take place. He answered all of our concerns. When he started the work he was methodical and assured as to what was being done. It's not a clean job replacing a boiler but he kept the mess to a minimum. He said that a further part of work may be required relating to the gas supply pressure. He quoted that work seperately but as it turned out that work was not required. All the work was done more or less on schedule (by 1 additional day) but the quote there were no additional costs. Mark is an excellent and conscientious worker and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any work in this area.

I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Mark Hopkinson. He quoted for a power flush , fit one radiator, a change in a radiator pipe work and convert my heating to a closed system. He was professional and efficient. He worked methodically and completed the work with minimum fuss, mess and intrusion. As with all things, other issues cropped up and we had to change another radiator and add three bleed valves. Additionally he also went to my mothers house and a changed two port valve

I contacted Mark to replace radiator valves. The quote was very reasonable and the work was carried out efficiently. Mark was friendly and courteous and I would definitely contact him for future repairs etc to my heating system.

Called Mark on a recommendation from a friend when my hot water started playing up (very low flow). Mark was prompt and professional and when later that day an additional issue occurred (which was only noticed once other was repaired), a quick call was all it took for Mark to finish his current job and come back to our boiler, diagnose the fault and source and fit the part that day. Now that is what I call service. Would definitely use him again, Nice guy.

Mark came to fit new boiler in loft, and remove old back boiler. Was very professional and polite, explained in detail what was involved. Clean worker, excellent job, has been back to do yearly service. Very happy, would recommend.
