Mark Newell Tree Care Ltd is based in Stratford Upon Avon and covers a large area across Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds.
Led by Mark Newell - who is fully qualified in his profession, having a National Diploma in Tree Management & Arboriculture – the business has much experience having carried out work for many private customers; large building companies; general gardeners; landscape gardeners; estate agents; property management companies; chartered surveyors and corporate businesses. Mark is very experienced in all aspects of arboriculture and is keen to keep the business up to date with all technological and innovative advancements in the profession, having close links with the local Arboricultural College.

We needed trees and shrubs cut back as they were very overgrown. Mark and his team were highly professional and completed the work efficiently. They left the garden very tidy. There is so much more light in the garden now. The work took them a bit less time than they expected and they charged less than the agreed quote. I was not expecting this and it was more than fair.

Mark Newell and his colleagues provided a very professional, courteous and excellent service. Tree work was carried out as per Quotation and the result is very elegant and pleasing to the eye. We are certainly looking forward to a lighter garden this coming summer. All branches etc. were cleared away and the garden was left in a tidy state. Mark has done work for me for many years maintaining two large willow trees on the river bank at the bottom of my garden. Firstly obtaining the required Planning Permission for their pruning and shaping approximately every two years since 2014. On his last visit three fruit trees were also pruned, and the river bank cleared of self setting growth. All removed branches etc. were chipped on site and everything was left clean and tidy, you would not have known they had been. However, one willow branch which had fallen into the river was missed, and Mark returned the following day to remove it. The work was carried out on the agreed date, and to budget - as usual, an excellent job all round.

I had a few yew trees that needed trimming and Mark quoted and advised on the best time of year to have the work completed to minimise stress to the trees. Work was completed as promised and area left so tidy you would think the work hadn’t even been done. Good team who are considerate to the environment whilst doing an excellent job. Mark and his team have done a substantial amount of work on our mature trees, from removing diseased ones to cleaning the healthy ones top to bottom and lifting their canopies. They are hardworking and courteous and their work is quite simply transformational. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about trees and it really shows. They are also meticulous in cleaning up afterwards and are a pleasure to have here. We will continue to use them for all our tree maintenance and we highly recommend them.

When you need a professional, Mark and his team are the ones to go to. You know he cares about the trees but also for those around them. On this job he worked around a narrow entrance gap, a surrounding public footpath and telegraph pole lines. The team leave everywhere tidy too. Mark and his team did a fantastic job on removing several trees in our garden, taking 20" off a very tall poplar and pruning some overgrown laurels and fir tree. Mark has been coming to look after our eucalyptus tree for quite a few years. He walks around the tree and then knows exactly what needs doing to reshape it. Quite a task this time as it had grown very tall. He had already visited us and given us a quote for this tree, a much smaller eucalyptus and cutting down an old holly tree. As well as doing an excellent job, then clearing up and shredding the branches, all this was done with Mark and his team socially distancing from each other and us. Mark and his team are professional, efficient, friendly and polite. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
