I was looking for a painter/decorator for a repaint job. After calling around several traders, I decided to go with Mark for three main reasons: 1) He came to the property himself to directly assess what work was required, took exact measurements and discussed with me the different types of paint and other solvents needed for the best result. He answered all my questions in detail, which I appreciated a lot. 2) He was able to guarantee the completion of the job within a short deadline, which incidentally included starting on a weekend at 8am to finish by mid week afternoon. 3) The quote provided had clear work details, breakdown of the costs and was competitively priced. Not only did he finish the job earlier than expected, he was always unfailingly courteous and friendly. The result of his work was extremely clean and professional too - in fact, he left the property cleaner than it was originally! Additionally, on receiving the final invoice, it totalled slightly cheaper as the materials costed a little less than expected. I highly recommend Mark, not only for the quality of his work and flexibility to fit to your schedule, but also for his honesty and amazing work ethic. I will certainly be returning to him for other future jobs!

Repainted two rooms after extensive water damage, looks great, very helpful in responding to questions, punctual, left it all really clean and tidy, very professional. Clearly committed to doing a good job. Would certainly use again.

Mark decorated two rooms for us and our hall and landing. He was excellent throughout, ensuring we had the right paint, very flexible and easy to get in touch with. His work was of a high quality and he really did care about doing a good job. We would highly recommend Mark.

I asked Mark to decorate my son's bedroom. It was a tight timescale as we wanted it done before we moved into the house, but Mark was very accommodating and managed to fit us in. Mark turned up when he said he would and finished by the time we agreed. He was, at all times, pleasant, helpful (eg collecting the paint for me as I don't drive) and reliable. My son's room looks great, and both my son and I are delighted with it. I've asked Mark to quote to decorate the rest of the house and I can't wait until it's all looking as good as my son's bedroom! I'd highly recommend him.

I booked Mark for an interior painting job for my flat. Took a few weeks to book in due to Covid, but Mark was responsive throughout and started on the date anticipated. Total professional, provided good advice and did a great job. Was friendly and efficient (and was very understanding when I was delayed granting him access to the flat on the first day!). No delays from his side and job was completed within the time and cost anticipated. Very happy with the work and am actually asking him to quote for a couple of additional jobs too.

Mark redecorated my living room and bedroom late last year. I found his work to be meticulous and of the highest standard. He was thoroughly professional and courteous throughout and offered good advice when required. I would certainly be happy to employ him again.

Mark decorated my small bedroom and painted my front railings/gate. The job was on budget despite having to stop outside work because of weather. Mark was very polite and friendly.
