Mark was very helpful when I needed to have a dislodged cladding tile refixed.He came to check what needed to be done and returned the next day to rehang the tile on an unpleasant wet day. I was most grateful.

Mark was very polite and explained the process of fitting our new bathroom every step of the way. His time keeping was good and accommodated our needs every day. The quotation was sent on time and clearly detailed what was required. He was extremely tidy and courteous. The work completed was to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Mark. He was an extremely pleasent trader to have in our home.

Mark has done a fantastic job on our bathroom. The plans changed after discussing the best way to lay the floor with our very slim-line shower tray. Mark advised the best look would be to have the tiles and shower tray level with each other which involved lowering the floor so there wouldn't be a different level up from the bedroom. This involved a lot more work which Mark was happy to undertake. The end result is amazing and I'm very pleased we spent the extra time and a bit more money to get the finished result. We had also chosen very large tiles, 120cm x 60cm which didn't worry Mark at all and they look great, perfectly level. We also had some lighting put in alcoves which Mark sourced as i couldn't find the right product and he also replaced the ceiling and lights after pointing out that the existing lights were not correctly spaced (I hadn't noticed despite using it every day for 12 years!). All in all a great job, which Mark undertook from ripping out, plumbing, plastering, tiling, lighting, installing and decorating. He did get some help in on a few days for the heavy lifting (our bath weighs 120kg empty) and tiling but apart from that he undertakes the whole project himself from start to finish. No hassle juggling different tradesmen. Highly recommended!

Mark was extremely helpful from the outset, spending a lot of time on his initial quotation visit, providing valuable advice regarding products for the en-suite and was also determined to create a level floor which he achieved and results in a larger and more contemporary looking room. Prior to starting the work Mark continued to provide product advice with regards to tiles and traders which was very useful and also passed on his trade discount which was appreciated. Mark was very approachable and friendly whilst carrying out the work and engaged with me fully with regards any issues and also provided his advice with regards to achieving the best design and look throughout. Mark also stayed on and completed the bedroom which meant the entire project could be completed without delay. Mark is passionate about his work and is always looking to achieve the best results on his projects and that is reflected in the quality of the finish. A thoroughly friendly and considerate trader who treats your project(s) as if it were on his own home. I would certainly use Mark again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Mark came around and did a good job of estimating the work I wanted doing. He threw in some new ideas and we discussed the options. He sent me the estimate and I asked him to book me in. When he came round he started on the Bathroom first. I knew the house had a damp problem as I had it treated a few months before. But, not the bathroom. After stripping back the old tiles it was apparent there was damp here too. Mark got down to removing all the plaster, treating the damp with chemical injection and rendering the walls to stop the damp coming back. Mark was happy to do this unforeseen work. Mark does everything himself so when we got around to blocking up a window, plastering, tiling and electrics he does the lot. Mark suggested before we start the kitchen I should think about opening the space up to make the room bigger. He removed an internal wall and fitted a steel beam for me. We had applied to the Council to get it agreed. Mark knew some people to help with the plans and calculations. He did all the associated brickwork and plastering required for this. Fitting the kitchen started and again he sorted the plumbing, electrics, fitting the units and sorting out some new skirting for me in various places. The kitchen does look great now. Anything that I had an issue with he sorted out straight away. I can't recommend Mark highly enough. He's such a nice guy and so good at what he does. In fact I've got him coming around in a few weeks to do some more work!

Mark did a complete refurbishment of our main bathroom. We previously used him to refurbish our En-suite review posted on 06/05/2020. He did another fantastic job and went over and above what was expected of him. We are absolutely delighted with the result. Mark carried a full bathroom refurbishment for us. It's hard to find someone you can trust to carry out building work however after reading Mark's excellent reviews we asked Mark to quote for the work. We weren't sure what we wanted to do in terms of layout and Mark was very patient while he listened to our 'design' ideas. Mark spent time to consider fully our requirements whilst making suggestions that made a real improvement to the finished job. We were thrilled that many of these ideas not only improved on our ideas but also saved money overall. After bitter previous experience with other tradesmen we knew that shoddy plumbing work, whilst hidden under floors and in walls could cause very expensive problems if it goes wrong in the future. We were reassured by Mark's extensive experience and the time he took to explain to us in detail the answers to any technical questions that we had: no pressure, no stress. Mark worked hard throughout the project and left our house tidy every night. The fit and finish of the bathroom is fantastic; the finished job looks incredible right down to the tiniest details. To say that we are over the moon is an understatement! Mark called a few days after the work was completed to check we were happy with everything; a really nice touch! Highly recommended

The work involved identifying problem with an old shower valve and replacing with a new valve. The replacement included removing some marble tiles and plaster board and refitting plaster board panel and spare tiles that I supplied. The leaky stopcock was also repaired. Throughout, Mark was pleasant and helpful. The work was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. The shower work looked good and functioned very well. Certainly, Mark goes on my list of goto tradesmen.

Mark completely refurbished our En-suite from floor to ceiling. He took on board our requirements and came up with some great ideas of his own. His quote was very competitive and pointed us in the right direction for the furniture, tiles etc. He is very honest and where he could obtain discounts, he passed them on. An excellent job, done by a very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, hard working professional tradesman. “Would we use his services again” yes without hesitation. We are absolutely delighted with the result. Thank you very much Mark.

Mark fitted a shower for us which we needed urgently as my husband was returning from hospital after a hip operation and we needed a walk in shower. along with fitting the shower Mark shopped around and bought tiles to repair the shower cubicle ..he also fitted these to a very high standard and fixed the overflow tank in the roof which was at risk of falling into our bedroom ! I can honestly say that he went above and beyond to finish the work and was a pleasure to have in the house. he also arrived when he said he would and completed his work to a very high standard. I cannot recommend his work highly enough and would most certainly use him again and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. I also felt that his prices were very competitive and fair for the finish of work that he offered.
