Having researched local central heating engineers I chose this company from previous reviews. I am pleased to say that we made the right decision. We found Mark and Sam to be very professional and their work was exceptional. They were polite and courteous, they cleaned up any mess made. The price we were quoted for the installation was what we paid and the job was completed on time. I would have hesitation in recommending Mark and Sam to anyone seeking this type of work.

Mark and Sam worked very hard on a difficult job, working in a loft that was very hot and small, they did not complain. The work was carried out to a very high standard, very clean and tidy, they were prompt and did not leave us until the job was done, which took three days. We are more than delighted with everything, they are our new go-to plumbers. Highly Recommended.

Mark and his amazing team took on the task on completely replumbing my very old heating system including removing and replacing an old oil tank in the back garden. The team of hard working specialists took ten days and did a fabulous job from attic to cellar. Their work is tidy and of a very high standard. We are very pleased with the work they completed for us.

We had 3 estimates from Local Heating Engineers, Marks quote was right in the middle. We were able to see Marks work in a couple of properties on our estate and were impressed with what we saw and heard from the home owners. Mark and Pete started by installing our new boiler but left the heating and water working in a very cold week until it was necessary to break into the old system. This was an upgrade to an existing system due to a rear extension being built. Mark will be installing our Under Floor Heating in the new extension at a later date when it's built. The boiler and hot water tank is fitted in the loft space and connected to the old systems radiators. We upgraded a couple and had TRV's fitted on the rest. Mark and Pete are both professional and friendly, excellent installation and enjoyable banter. We wil be recommending Mark Thompson to all our friends and neighbors.

Both Mark and Peter recently changed our very old system within the surgery it could only be described as a room you never wanted to enter alone. The room now is very spacious and a much more manageable system in place. I would definitely recommend these guys all the time they was working keeping us informed of what was going to happen and for the approx length of time which was important to us within the work place. Very Friendly and approachable.

Available to work short notice to replace a combi-boiler. Explained options clearly. The work was done carefully and with consideration. They disposed of the old boiler and demonstrated the new equipment. They seemed very trustworthy; happy to leave them in the house alone. Great after-sale service. Thoroughly recommend.

Mark Thompson Leeds Ltd provided the most competitive quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler - they are also accredited by Worcester Bosch. Installation was prompt and efficient plus they cover all your carpets (during the installation) and hoover up afterwards! I can not recommend enough - all of the team are extremely polite and very professional - I would definitely use again.

Mark Thompson and colleague Greg helped us out immensely at short notice and were professional, hard working, clean and tidy, and have saved our Christmas. We thought our vintage boiler could limp through one more winter but we were badly wrong. I called Mark as the top local listing on trustedtrader; he came round promptly, quoted a sensible price, and was very professional and down to earth in approach. Mark and Greg then worked over a weekend to get our new boiler fitted before Christmas; they arrived before 8am on the Saturday, didn't clock off until after 5pm and even then were going to the aid of someone else with no heating, on their way home. They couldn't have been more courteous, hoovered and wiped up after themselves, and most importantly have done a top job, so we can now rely on a warm house and predictable controls. We are very lucky to have found this excellent local firm and will feel confident to request more work from them.

We used Mark Thompson and his team members Greg and Sam for the second time after being impressed with their diligence, reliability and high quality work the first time around (emergency boiler replacement close to Christmas 2019). We needed a whole system replacement in a rambling old house - no small feat in terms of time, money or disruption - and would not have trusted anyone else to do it. The main factor in recommending them is the high level of skill, experience and insight displayed by Mark and his team, but other factors include their courteous, friendly attitude, tidiness, clarity of explanations and general air of conscientious hard work. They were careful to leave us with water and usable spaces over nights, and clear about when there would be noise or unusable rooms, so we could plan around it. The job took three weeks so these small factors became very important, particularly when working from home. Mark, Greg and Sam completed this huge job a day early, achieving a tidy, timely, top quality result, with a much improved heating and hot water system, in a complex, non-standard working environment. They were never late or messy, unfailingly kind and polite even after long, dusty days, utterly trustworthy, and most importantly they are top flight heating engineers. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Mark and Sam did a great job of installing a new boiler for me. They converted my system boiler to a combi removing redundant tank and piping and relocating the boiler to a more convenient location. I’m really pleased with the job they have done. Mark came highly recommended from a friend and I can see why. I thought the cost of the work was really competitive, he was really flexible and managed to get the work done quickly in a timeframe that worked for me and the quality of the finish was great. We had a boiler that was old, and after a leak had meant it needed to to urgently replaced, they did so exceptionally quickly. Having previously being informed that I have Raynauds, a condition that means I need to keep warm, they made it a priority to fit it before the predicted snow fall. I am so grateful for this. Both the heating engineer, Elliot, who we had many dealings with over the weeks running up to the boiler breakdown, and the installer were professional and friendly. I have already recommended this company to my friends and work colleagues.

Had been having issues with the Combi boiler flame cutting out. Phoned this business based on reviews here. The boiler was not working, so as well as fixing asked for a full service. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The engineer (Elliot) who turned up was professional and courteous. Left him to it. He had identified that the gas pressure was too low coming to the house, as well as two parts that were worn and needed replacing. He kept me informed as he was progressing work. He arranged for the Gas network engineer to visit to fix a pressure issue and did a full service. Excellent service and very reasonable rate. Will use again for sure and recommend to family and friends.

We needed a new boiler and Sam was able to sort it for us quickly. The boiler was installed with no fuss and Sam showed me how to use it. Everything was done to a high standard. We've used Mark before and will use again.
