Mark gave me the best of three quotes for a new A++ boiler, relocated to the loft, fitting a new shower unit and a gas hob in the kitchen. The work included installing a larger gas supply pipe, removal of the old boiler, boiler flue and shower, electrical work, roofing work and making good. Mark and his team laid protection, worked quickly but thoroughly. They were polite, professional and tidied up after themselves. One tip; if your gas engineer says they can start work straight away or within a week or so, be cautious and take up references. The best will have several weeks work ahead of them.

We have found Mark Thompson Leeds Ltd to be dependable and reliable. On two occasions our boiler has broken down and Mark has come out quickly and solved the problem. Recently our boiler needed replacing and Mark gave us a competitive quote. Peter came out to install the boiler which he did quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Central heating boiler installation. I was very impressed with their punctuality, they were within 30 seconds of the arrival time quoted. The installation was very neat and tidy and they disposed of all the rubbish. The Boiler operation was explained in a simple manner so it could easily be understood. The whole installation process was a pleasurable experience so I would definitely use them again.

Mark is a good communicator and easy to talk to. He gave us helpful professional advice at the quote stage then he & Sam carried out the work in an efficient and tidy manner. They kept to their timetable and quote and kept us advised throughout. They also diagnosed and corrected a long standing problem with the system that had been misdiagnosed by others. The job: to remove an old failed gas boiler, hot water cylinder, associated header tanks and replace with a new condensing gas combi boiler. Isolate and remove an old gas heater with flue. Replace a leaking radiator. The initial house visit by Mark Thompson put our minds to rest that we had chosen an excellent contractor to get the job done well. We were able to talk through how the job would be done and weigh-up the options without feeling confused or under any pressure. The estimate was clearly set out and everything we had discussed was included so we had no hesitation in allowing the works to commence. Harry (the installing engineer) was prompt, efficient, tidy, well mannered and completed the job with the utmost professionalism. Mark's son Sam just came and did our boiler service. He was friendly, polite and tidy as always. It's been five years since our ancient boiler broke down just before Christmas - Mark and his team swapped the boiler. A year later I had them re-plumb the whole heating system. They've serviced the boiler every year since. I trust them and am happy to recommend them.

We wanted to change our 25 year old boiler . We've put it off year after year . Always concerned about who to trust to undertake the work . I looked on Which trusted traders in the hope of finding a company that was reliable. I also crossed checked with Worcester Bosch to get an accredited installer for their boilers . From the moment I contacted Mark , he was fantastic. He always replied to any queries incredibly quickly. He came round on time to give us a quote . The price he quoted was very competitive and it was the price we paid . No nasty surprises. He fitted in with the installation date that worked for us . Harry and Rio worked tirelessly, to site the new boiler in a different place . They were polite and really easy to get on with . Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had were answered. We've finally found a company who we will definitely use from now on . We will also be fully recommending family and friends go to them for any work they need doing .

Sam and Mark were recommended to us by our builder to carry out both the first and second fix plumbing for our extension, which includes a new utility and shower room, as well as installing new radiators in multiple rooms. The first fix was completed efficiently, and the second fix will be finished later this month. So far, everything has been handled professionally — Sam has been reliable, communicative, and easy to work with, co-ordinating well with our builder and other trades people working on the project as needed. We’re really pleased with how things are progressing and would happily recommend Sam and Mark to others.

Mark and Peter recently installed a new Worcester Bosch system boiler when our current one broke down. Mark visited us and provided a competitive quote within 24 hours of contacting him. Fortunately they were able to install the new boiler 2 days later and turned up on time as advised. We contacted mark early in the week as my parents boiler had been condemned. We called Mark and he came out to give us a quote we got this quote the same day and arranged fitting on the Thursday. Mark and Pete came to install the boiler they were very efficient and knowledgeable and they fitted the boiler very quickly and were clean and tidy while working. They answered my parents questions and nothing was too much trouble for them. Total credit to both guys in sorting my parents boiler in less than 3 days. Quality work by quality tradesmen. Mark Thompson fitted a new Gas Boiler for us yesterday and it was completed in the day as they said it would. The 2 lads were great and made sure everything was working as it should be. What stood out was that the water would not drain down properly and in the end took ages and they were very late leaving (having started at 8.00am). However no complaints from them and no mention of extra charges, the job being done for the original estimate. Great job and no hesitation in recommending.

Mark came out promptly to see the boiler issues I was having. As 100% expected I needed a new boiler - it was very old. Mark actively listened to my requirements and we agreed the best option for my house. A date was supplied for installation. Harry, a member of Mark's team, who was leading the installation was very personable and helpful, as was his colleague. They've made a very neat job of the installation. Mark's team also helped me with routing of an external gas pipe to enable renewing of my house. Again very neat work and everything done when expected.
