A superb service from start to finish. Mark surveyed the job and provided an excellent quote. Harry and Rio then fitted the new boiler within a day, taking extra care to protect our light grey carpet, and cleaning up afterwards. A polite, efficient and very competitive service. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Sam for our boiler installation. From the start, he was extremely supportive and took the time to talk us through different options, especially as our house layout made things more complicated than usual. Sam was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us make the right decisions without ever rushing us. We had a major extension to our house, over several months, which involved relocating the boiler (1 year old boiler initially installed by Mark and his team) establishing a new unvented cylinder, new hot & cold water, new central heating radiators and piping to the first floor and rerouting of gas services (Ground floor was wet underfloor heating by others). Mark and his team (especially Sam) were flexible, turning up at various stages, to do enabling works, diversions and gradually establishing new systems over multiple visits. The final result is a first class installation and the plant area around the new boiler and cylinder is a master class in plumbing pipe work that deserves to be on show rather than hidden in the garage. My thanks to Mark and Sam for sticking with this project over several months to achieve the superb end result.
