He managed expectations on response times and got back to me with a clear quotation before any other tradespeople with clear timings and availability. He was east to have in the house, arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently, leaving the space as clean as he found it. Ashley did a great job of removing old Pebble Dash from the rear of my property, a typical London victorian terrace, and then applying a silicon render across the rear of the property. He gave me a detailed quote in advance, and stuck to the agreed budget and timetable (weather permitting). Ashley and his assistant were always professional, turned up as they said they would, and got on with the job in hand. If I had any concerns, Ashley was able to discuss the project and put my mind at ease. It was approximately a 2 to 3 week project. The team focussed on the job and produced an outstanding finish to the outside of the house. Super pleased with the result, which has now been in place for over 6 months and looks as good today as when it was done. I would not hesitate to use Ashley again, and I would certainly recommend his service.

Ashley went 'above and beyond' our expectations with the plastering (etc) work that he did for us recently. He has transformed a tired-looking annexe into an unrecognisable one. Not only carrying out the work he agreed to do, but he also fixed some other issues all completed within his original quote. He was always punctual, friendly and very helpful. Ashley is a lovely young man who visited my property to view the job requisite, followed up with a quote that I feel was exceptional value. The work included plastering a new ceiling and bonding and plastering a section of wall that had been replaced/removed due to water ingress from the flat above. Ashley turned up on time to take control, I left the keys. Two days later the job was complete. Brilliant work by Ashley apart from having a newly plastered ceiling and wall you would not have known anyone had been in doing such works. Everything was left clean and tidy. Ashley you are a credit to your profession and I wish you all the best for your future.

We've had two rooms of our flat done by Markham Plastering so far. Always a good experience. Attentive and responsive when asking about new jobs, good prices for good work and gets the job done on time to a high standard. Highly recommended! Ashley started work for us during the heatwave in mid-July. I was expecting him to postpone the work, as it was 40oC, but he still turned up punctually and completed it on time, always smiling and positive and never once complained about the heat. He had to plaster/skim the whole of my dining room and kitchen extension, which were in a poor state. He was very professional and kept the areas he worked tidy and clean. It was interesting to watch him work on stilts when plastering the high ceiling in the extension. He worked to a high standard and I now have silky smooth plastered ceilings and walls. It has completely transformed my tired and cracked dining room and extension to a beautiful space. He is competitively priced and reliable. I would definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone.

Ash did some plastering work on 2 walls and ceiling indoors, and silicone wall render on the front of our house. The exterior render was done because a previous builder let us down and didn't return my calls anymore (KDA plastering). Ash was very professional and turned up on time and finished the job within quoted time as well. The end result was great and Ash is a really nice bloke to deal with. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done.

Ashley was extremely polite and professional in all his work, he was very punctual, very neat and tidy cleaning up at the end of each day. Ashley was very accommodating on our project, where we didn't really know the extent of the work necessary and he helped and guided us through the work.
