Ash’s work was of a very high standard and we were extremely happy with the finish. Ash arrived early every day ready to start and worked throughout the day. He totally transformed the interior of our home giving it a completely new look. The finish to the ceiling in the stairwell was amazing! This must have been difficult as it is very high, he did not complain once. Ash was very polite, friendly and considerate, cleaning up each day after he had finished. I would certainly recommend him and would not hesitate to have him take on any other work that I might need doing in the future.

Ashley's a star! He's polite, attentive and tidy - and we're delighted with his work. The hallway walls of our 1930s-built flat were pretty beaten-up and in desperate need of replastering. After finding him on Which? Trusted Traders, Ashley was easy to get hold of and was happy to come and take a look at our hallway to quote for the work. He provided us with a very reasonable, itemised quote, which is exactly what he invoiced us for. His communication was good, and we appreciated him explaining the stages of the work. Following a cancellation, Ashley was able to fit us in a week earlier than planned, which worked well for us. He turned up on time and worked for a solid eight hours, pausing only for a couple of short breaks and to allow the plaster to dry. He was happy to accommodate a spot of plastering in our lounge, where the weight of a wall-mounted heater had split a section of plasterboard. And when the work was complete, he carefully cleaned up after himself. Ashley skilfully applied layers of plaster, lining up to angle beads to create lovely sharp corners. The result is a beautifully smooth and even finish with a porcelain-like feel. A couple of painters who have since come to quote for decorating have commented on the quality of Ashley's plastering - very reassuring! Ashley did a fantastic job, and we would definitely recommend his services.

Ashley is a very pleasant, conscientious and skilled professional. He removed and then replastered the ceiling above the stairwell in a Victorian house. He was easy to communicate with and provided a clear quote. He carried out the work as arranged without any issues and completed it to a high standard. Ashley is a very professional and experienced plasterer. Always on time and very respectful. He rendered the side and back of my house with a Monocouche Render. Each day they cleaned up before they left. The work he has produced is absolutely fantastic. It looks like I have a new house. I am extremely pleased with the finish. We are extremely pleased with the work Ashley did for us. He skimmed our kitchen and filled lots of holes in the ceiling (that electrician made) that looked just as good as skimming the entire ceiling. Ashley was very responsive from day 1, it was easy to book in the work and he completed the job in tidy manner to a very high standard. The price was very reasonable for the quality of workmanship. Ashley did an excellent and very thorough job plastering the ceiling in our lounge and walls in our hallway and front porch. The work was completed to a very high standard, in the time quoted and at a reasonable price. Everything was a breeze to deal with from a fast initial quote to work starting on time everyday and great communication throughout. Ashley is a genuine and friendly guy who’s highly skilled at what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to get him back in for further work and highly recommend him to others, nice one!

Ashley did an excellent job of rendering the rear elevation of the property. He took the existing render off back to brick, made good with sand and cement, applied an undercoat and mesh and then a final finish coat of monocouche render in chalk white. I had not considered monocouche render which Ashley recommended since it will not need painting and has a very nice finish to it. He was as tidy as one can be when removing existing render since it required some serious knocking off. He was punctual, informative and very professional. I got him back recently to plaster an internal wall that had blown due to water ingress (actually because the original render was compromised, which Ashley has hopefully fixed). Again, he was punctual and did an outstanding job of making good a wall that was a mess. I would thoroughly recommend Ashley for anyone that wants any form of rendering or plastering done on their property.

Ashley is completely reliable, providing me promptly with a detailed estimate, and everything went completely smoothly from start to finish plastering walls and ceiling of my kitchen. He worked very carefully and thoroughly and created a very professional finish, my kitchen seemed to be magically transformed and I am delighted with the result. Ashley was prompt and competitive with his quote. He plastered a porchway which was quite tricky as he had to run the plaster down to a tiled floor and across to an uneven bare brick wall. He also skimmed up to the front door frame. I thought I’d need a skirting board and to replace beading to get a neat edge but Ashley’s work was so neat I can just paint over the plaster. He also did some external render repair adding extra waterproofing and cement to the mix when I explained problems we’d had previously. Everything looks very neat and tidy and we are very pleased . On top of that Ashley is obviously a decent genuine bloke- not essential but a bonus after a number of recent experiences with other tradesmen we have had recently.
