We can’t praise Marlite Roofing & Brickwork enough, their professional work ethic is second to none, they are hardworking, courteous and a credit to the trade. Mark is friendly and personable and is very knowledgeable, leaving you confident that you are going to get a good job done. Previously we had been victims of rogue builders who left our roof in a complete mess due to seriously bad workmanship. These are the kind of loosely called ‘tradesmen’ nobody should employ as they left our property in a worse state than before they arrived, making matters worse and leaving our roof leaking more than ever and in a shocking state. We contacted Marlite Roofing & Brickwork as we were at the end of our tether, totally stressed out and upset with what we had been left with. We found Mark’s details after searching on the Nottinghamshire County Council Trading Standards Approved Trader Scheme page. In hindsight we should have gone down this route initially, but we only did a normal google search which brings up all manner of trades claiming to be the real deal. Well, Marlite Roofing & Roofing is definitely the real deal as they carried out a first-class job with our roof repairs. Before work commenced Mark completed a thorough survey and informed us of what was required to rectify the previous attempted efforts. We would highly recommend Mark (Marlite) he is very helpful and kept us informed about the work, with advise and videos. He discovered previous faulty work by another roofer and spent time putting it right, his work is first class. He is friendly and polite and made sure everything was cleaned up when he finished the job. His price was very reasonable and we would certainly have him back if we have any repairs to do in the future.

Mark came to have a look and diagnose the problem. He knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a quote and arranged a date to return to fix it. He came back twice to complete the job and him and the lads were polite and professional. They were tidy and punctual. I will use Mark again in the future for brickwork issues that require some maintenance and will recommend him to anyone who needs any work doing.

Arranged for a visit to quote to have the lead cheek reattached to my dorma window. It had come off in stormy weather and been sat on the roof tiles for some time. The price was fair and they offered to do the job there and then, which I gladly accepted. Not only did they do this job, they secured two loose tiles and cleared debris from the gutter at no extra charge. Nice polite and friendly team, who I will be calling again when I need more help.

Mark came on Monday evening to look at the work and estimate it. We agreed a price and he turned up on Tuesday morning and completed the new dry ridge quickly and efficiently. Hassle-free. I would happily recommend Marlite Roofing.
