Estimates are undertaken, offering a free comprehensive evaluation of your roof/chimney/guttering and brickwork free of charge, and Mark will work closely with you around your commitments to ensure that your estimate is done in a timely manner.
Photographs are taken of the problem areas, these are shared with the customer and the appropriate solution is discussed, with the price given to complete the work required. This allows the customer to make an informed decision.

Phoned to say they would be late as one of their vans had broken down and they had to arrange a replacement. When they did arrive, they set to work straight away. We had dry verging done, and it was carried out very professionally and meticulously. We have asked them to do some more work for us.

This work was needed to replace and repair work done very badly by a workman who did not complete the work I paid him for. Marlite did an excellent job and completely rebuilt the roof of my carport which had been left leaking by a previous 'workman'. They were very helpful and courteous, even dealing with a difficult neighbour. I would only like to employ a Trusted Trader after this.
