Mark and Dave did a fantastic job for me, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Mark and his mate were both friendly, polite and professional and kept me informed throughout the process, they cleared everything away and didn’t leave any mess. I would highly recommend Marlite Roofing for quality of work and reasonable pricing I will be using them again.

Mark came to have a look and diagnose the problem. He knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a quote and arranged a date to return to fix it. He came back twice to complete the job and him and the lads were polite and professional. They were tidy and punctual. I will use Mark again in the future for brickwork issues that require some maintenance and will recommend him to anyone who needs any work doing.

We can’t praise Marlite Roofing & Brickwork enough, their professional work ethic is second to none, they are hardworking, courteous and a credit to the trade. Previously we had been victims of rogue builders who left our roof in a complete mess due to seriously bad workmanship. These are the kind of loosely called ‘tradesmen’ nobody should employ as they left our property in a worse state than before they arrived, making matters worse and leaving our roof leaking more than ever and in a shocking state. We contacted Marlite Roofing & Brickwork as we were at the end of our tether, totally stressed out and upset with what we had been left with. We found Mark’s details after searching on the Nottinghamshire County Council Trading Standards Approved Trader Scheme page. In hindsight we should have gone down this route initially, but we only did a normal google search which brings up all manner of trades claiming to be the real deal. Well, Marlite Roofing & Roofing is definitely the real deal as they carried out a first-class job with our roof repairs. Before work commenced Mark completed a thorough survey and informed us of what was required to rectify the previous attempted efforts. The tiles on the affected roof area had to be removed and re-laid due to being out of alignment. Several broken tiles had to be replaced along with sub-standard fitted lathes and

Mark discussed the work required to repair a redundant chimney. He clearly explained what was needed with pictures to support this. He communicated well throughout the process. The work was completed promptly to a high standard at a fair price. I would highly recommend Marlite to others a will be using them again for further work.

Mark and Chris did a great job sorting out my leaking chimney stack, Mark took pictures and videos all the way through the work and explained all that they were doing, I had Marlite roofing after seeing them on a lot of trusted sites like this one do this job after another company did a shocking job. Just wish I'd have had mark from Marlite the first time round.

Due to being busy took a short while to visit which was not a problem, a sign of a quality tradesman. Mark took the time to visit and provide a quote. Happy with the price and contacted Mark to proceed After numerous attempts to arrange a start date just got totally ignored. Why make the effort if they were never interested

After being told multiple times that I needed a new roof, Marlite came out to give me an estimate. I am so impressed with him and his honesty. Not only did he let me know that my roof still has a few good years in it, but he also repaired areas to stop any leaks. They cleaned up after themselves and were also careful not to damage any plants along the sides of the building.

Mark arrived when he said that he would, and was friendly and polite. He checked out the area where the sites were loose, took photos/video from roof level so I could see the problem and discussed the cost to fix it. Once Mark had finished the job, he took pictures of the completed work, for me to view before payment. Great work, no mess left and I’m a very happy customer.

Just had Marlite roofing put me a new chimney pot and new re-flaunching today, Mark and the lads have done a great job. This is the second time I've had Marlite roofing do some work for me and if I ever need more work done I'll always go with them every time. I would recommend Marlite Roofing and brickwork without hesitation. Mark and his team were friendly, efficient, skilled, conscientious and very tidy (which from previous experience of roofers is uncommon). Mark shared photos and videos of the work before and after completion, making sure that we were happy with the work. We identified an aesthetic issue with the chimney pot after completion, which Mark was happy to return the day after to address to our satisfaction.

Mark and his team repaired our chimney, pointing, lead flashing and replaced the chimney flaunching. They went above and beyond also re securing several ridge tiles and ensuring the whole roof was water tight. They are incredibly experienced which clearly shows in their work and attention to detail, it’s hard to find a genuine quality tradesman these days one of the best highly recommended.

Mark and his team are very friendly, professional and competent. From ringing to fixing my leaking roof was completed in a week and at a good price too. I would recommend Marlite for any roofing work however small or large the job is.
