Richard and his team assessed the job, Sent me a quote. Once approved, glass and windows were ready in 2 weeks. In less than 1 day they were installed. Manufacturer sent wrong handles and short bearing, but Richard with no doubts exchanged them at no additional costs. 100% reccomend and reliable local business.

We have used Marple Glass several times and always get fantastic service. This time it was for three blown units in the conservatory. Last time it was replacement of a full bay window in the lounge and it was impressive that the service validating his work paid us a visit to carry out a rigorous inspection. Would that all trades people came even close to this firm's work

He has done a good job for us. I needed a replacement of some wired glass. It took a long time to source this as I believe that it is in short supply, but his work has been excellent.

We booked in Marple Glass and Glazing to replace our back door. Richard came round for an initial measure up and gave us a few options for different types of doors and when we had selected what we wanted he came round for a final remeasure to make sure everything was right. As soon as the door arrived Richard came round the following day to install. We are very happy with the quality of the product and the installation and will definitely be using Marple Glass and Glazing again.

I required an upstairs bedroom window to be removed and refitted allowing me to accommodate a bed head and divan I couldn’t fit up the stairs. Richard came out as soon as possible, took great care removing and refitting, basically doing all the heavy lifting, leaving all clean and tidy and simplifying a job I was dreading. The glass had blown in some of my windows so I decided to have them replaced. Richard came and measured up and I got a quote that I was happy with so gave him the job. What a lovely man! They came when they said, the work was very clean and tidy, no mess at all. The old windows were taken away and I am very happy with my new windows that I can actually see through! Richard and the team helped us to fit a new bathroom window in our house renovation and kept things really easy and clear for us. Talked through options and brought us samples of glass types before then keeping us well informed and quickly moving to get our new window in whilst working with the bathroom fitters so no work was delayed. He's quoting up some more windows for us and I'm confident I'll use him again!

I am a landlord. I phoned Richard at Marple Glass to sort out a problem with a conservatory at a tenant's house. They managed everything with the tenant, I had to do nothing. The price was more competitive than other local companies. The work done was of a high quality and it was done in a matter of days. Can't recommend this company enough!!

I first telephoned Richard enquiring about repairing and upgrading one window in my house. I had previously telephoned 2 larger companies with my enquiry and only got quite rude dismissals. I found Marple Glass and Glazing on a Google search, and telephoned. Richard answered, and I could tell as soon as I spoke to him that he would be able to help me. He listened to what I thought I wanted and advised me of all the options, which he explained and we discussed. I was confident from my first speaking to him that he would do a first class job. They did a beautiful job, the attention to detail, the quality, the finish and the cleaning up, all second to none. A real pleasure to deal with them. I am delighted with the work, and will be getting more done in the near future.

Reglazing and adjusting windows in two rental properties, including renewing the external seals. Richard was upfront about being really busy so we would need to wait but in the end he managed to fit our work in when another job was finished earlier than expected. A delight to deal with as he has a really helpful manner and got the job done efficiently, cleaning up afterwards and making sure it was carried out safely. A word too about his assistant John who was equally pleasant and efficient.

We chose Marple Glass & Glazing as we wanted a Which trusted trader and we are delighted we did as Richard did such a good job for us...in fact three jobs. We needed a double glazed unit with encapsulated stained glass repaired. I was a little anxious about this but Richard and his assistant were meticulous and took it out with no fuss or mess, gave us a temporary glaze and then returned and re-fitted the original window.. restored beautifully. We also had a completely new window fitted and a replacement door panel to repair a upvc cellar door. We assumed we would need a new door but we got the perfect repair, saving a lot of money. We can't recommend Richard highly enough. Not just a professional, quality job but an incredibly friendly person who was a pleasure to have in the house.

We had a new composite back door fitted and from our first meeting with Richard to discuss what we wanted, to completion of the installation, we were very impressed with all aspects of the service. When the door was installed he arrived on time and the job was completed to a very high standard in the time that he had estimated, (and within the agreed budget) yet he and his co-worker still found the time to chat with us.
