I have used this company for a few years for boiler servicing and have always found them helpful, easy to deal with and reliable. They have recently installed a replacement boiler for my mother and our experience has been excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with the product and the work carried out. Highly recommended!

This was the second time we used MH Heating Solutions and an excellent experience again. This time we had a hot water cylinder fitted. Quote came in at a good price and the documents were very transparent about the costs involved and terms and conditions. Booked for the installation to happen a few weeks later and the system was successfully installed. The quality of workmanship was very high and the place was made clean and tidy after work was completed. The office followed up to confirm installation registration and that they will call in next year to do the annual service. Excellent.

A new boiler was required to replace a worn out unit . M H Heating were able to come out speedily to quote for the job . The price was competitive and they managed to fit us in quickly . The installation was carried out in one day with no mess or inconvenience. All scrap was removed on the same day. The staff are all great to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We called in MH based on the Which reviews to look at our heating system which had never performed properly since it was installed. We booked them in to replace the boiler and pipework and in the course of doing so, they found that the upstairs pipework had not been installed properly. Consequently we didn't need to replace the pipework downstairs which they knocked off the quote. They cleaned up after themselves to the point that you would not know they had been. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service, from first contact with Elaine to completion of the job. Martin did a survey of the central heating and discussed what would be the best options. The fitting was carried out by Stefan, over two days leaving the place clean and tidy all old boiler parts removed. Elaine kept me informed via email and text including all necessary certificates. Our boiler needed replacing. The work was completed on time and on budget. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and worked in a tidy and workmanlike manner. The office staff were organised and efficient and updated us by phone and email along the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending M H Heating Solutions.

Martin fitted a new shower on the 5th June 2024, and we were happy with it until 10 days later when we discovered a major leak. We had to turn the water off to stop further damage and were without water for 3 days until Martin could attend the property. The leak was due to the fitting of the shower unit. Martin caused further damage on his return by unnecessarily removing wet plaster board beneath the shower tray leaving nothing behind the lower tiles. He has left our new shower unusable.

New boiler change. From the moment we booked the appointment to the time Stefan left, the quality and standard of the work was excellent. Stefan was courteous, efficient, super tidy and explained everything along the way very well. Absolutely enthralled with the quality of the workman ship. Everything left spotless when left and Highly recommend.

This was a medium level job - boiler replacement in a different location and conversion of a traditional system with header tanks to a pressurised system with a new pressurised hot water tank (in a tricky location in my existing airing cupboard) and quite a bit of re-routing of pipework. MH Heating carried out the work efficiently on the promised dates at the quoted price. As usual with a job like this a few minor problems emerged but these were quickly solved without any difficulty within 1 day. From the point of requesting a quote to the completion of the job MH Heating kept me well informed about progress. Overall, I've been very pleased with the operation of my heating and HW since installation.

I totally recommend Martyn as he very professional, helpful individual. He did a great job of our bathroom and cloakroom. In addition, dropped the radiators as required and odd jobs around the house which we were having difficulty finding workman to take on. The quote provided was very competitive. Work was done to an agreed schedule and budget. Will definitely be calling him to fix other problems around the house. Great job! Would definitely recommend 5/5.

M H Heating Solutions fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler. This was completed very efficiently and Stefan who completed the work was professional throughout and tidied up as he went along, so no mess. He also kept us entertained with his singing and is a true grafter, never stopped all day. We are very happy with our new boiler and would recommend MH to any one, Elaine kept us informed throughout and was amusing to deal with.

MH Heating Solutions fitted a new Worcester Bosch system boiler for us. Our old boiler failed in the depths of winter, so the team moved heaven and earth to fit a boiler on the next working day. The plumber worked hard to complete the installation in a single day, and cleaned up the mess afterwards. The new boiler has worked without any problems for the past two months. The price of the boiler and installation was good, too. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for the new boiler’s annual service.

From start to finish, this company was great. On time, professional and reliable. The new boiler was installed all in one day with no disruption, couldn't be happier.

I recommend this company for all gas heating and plumbing services. I have used them on several occasions initially for routine maintenance and service to a boiler repair and more latterly for the recent installation of a new replacement state-of-the-art gas boiler. I found them to be the most competitive and responsive firm of the people I contacted for a quote. They replaced the boiler removed the old one and replaced the flu and drain and cleaned the whole system and balanced the radiators. They also fixed the electrics and sorted the wi-fi connection to the Hive system which allows remote access to the heating. They are a 5 Star company and I give them a 10 out of 10 for service, response, competence, value and price.

My central heating system, including the boiler, was installed in the 1980's and had been much less effective than originally. So I contacted MH Heating Solutions who are local and have good reviews, to replace the boiler with a new one which they recommended, and generally doctor up the system to modern standards. There were some problems with the upgrade due largely to the ancient boiler and plumbing, but Stefan (and electrician Charlie) resolved all problems efficiently, putting in extra time beyond the scheduled finish of the job to ensure all was working perfectly. The place was left clean and tidy including the new wiring and plumbing, and brickwork needed for the new boiler's flue was done very neatly. Couldn't ask for a better jump into 21st century heating!

Had a full central heating system installed replacing warm air system. I cannot express what a fantastic job they did from the initial contact with. MH Heating Solutions the quote and the finished job. The installation was very neat and they used existing vents etc. to feed the gas supply and pipes no ugly pipe work going down walls etc. Friendly team. No hidden costs true to their quote. Came on time did the work in two days. Can’t fault them. Would highly recommend.

Am new to the area and was looking for someone to service our central heating boiler, checked reviews and decided to give these guys a try, glad I did! Easy to book a convenient time slot and it was a fixed price so no unexpected extras. Engineer arrived on time very friendly and polite. Off to a great start as the first thing he did was to put a sheet down to protect the floor then cleaned the in-line filter (something I have never seen done in the past). Left him to carry on and had a call to explain that he was doing flow tests and was going to check the meter. Boiler passed tests but he did point out a couple of things that could have been done better when the boiler was installed (not by them). Nothing dangerous but little errors. What particularly impressed was there was no pressure to get them rectified, what I got was an explanation of what they were and possible consequences. Service was completed on time and everything left clean and tidy. I have worked in engineering all my life and if asked I must say I was impressed with the service and more importantly the engineer both with his work and attitude. Would I recommend this company, most definitely and I fully intend to use them myself in the future. If you are looking for a decent company these guys are well worth a look.

It was an absolute pleasure working with MH Heating Solutions from start to finish, We needed a new Combi Boiler installed, Martin came to do the quotation which he listened to our requirements and what our plans were, Elaine sent the quotation really quickly, with a date for installation which fitted perfectly with what we had asked for. They arrived on time to start the installation. Stefan ran through the whole procedure first before starting, and covered all carpet and working areas with protection. They actually finished that day instead of the 2 days they had booked in. Elaine then rang to see if all went ok and then went through the procedure of getting certification to us, and also knock some of the invoice because they had finished earlier. It was fantastic install, clean, tidy, no plumbing problems all tested, I would highly recommend this family run business.
