Am new to the area and was looking for someone to service our central heating boiler, checked reviews and decided to give these guys a try, glad I did! Easy to book a convenient time slot and it was a fixed price so no unexpected extras. Engineer arrived on time very friendly and polite. Off to a great start as the first thing he did was to put a sheet down to protect the floor then cleaned the in-line filter (something I have never seen done in the past). Left him to carry on and had a call to explain that he was doing flow tests and was going to check the meter. Boiler passed tests but he did point out a couple of things that could have been done better when the boiler was installed (not by them). Nothing dangerous but little errors. What particularly impressed was there was no pressure to get them rectified, what I got was an explanation of what they were and possible consequences. Service was completed on time and everything left clean and tidy. I have worked in engineering all my life and if asked I must say I was impressed with the service and more importantly the engineer both with his work and attitude. Would I recommend this company, most definitely and I fully intend to use them myself in the future. If you are looking for a decent company these guys are well worth a look.

It was an absolute pleasure working with MH Heating Solutions from start to finish, We needed a new Combi Boiler installed, Martin came to do the quotation which he listened to our requirements and what our plans were, Elaine sent the quotation really quickly, with a date for installation which fitted perfectly with what we had asked for. They arrived on time to start the installation. Stefan ran through the whole procedure first before starting, and covered all carpet and working areas with protection. They actually finished that day instead of the 2 days they had booked in. Elaine then rang to see if all went ok and then went through the procedure of getting certification to us, and also knock some of the invoice because they had finished earlier. It was fantastic install, clean, tidy, no plumbing problems all tested, I would highly recommend this family run business.

The service was excellent. Martyn fitted the new boiler and thermostat promptly. Both Elaine and Martyn helped us find a solution. It was very good value for money in comparison to other quotes. They charge the market rate, but that is why they are good value as they provided a high level and very professional service. Highly recommended!

M&H Heating Identified the problem with our heating . They carried out a power flush of the system and replaced one of the radiators. They also came back to remove the radiators as we had decorators coming in and then came back to refit them . I hadn’t asked for this to be done originally, but Elaine arranged this at short notice. The engineers that came to carry out the work arrived at the time arranged, they were very considerate, tidy and very helpful. I was so impressed with the efficiency of the company that I have asked for a quote for our annual boiler service/maintenance. I have no hesitation in recommending M&H Heating.

As any potential customer mainly wants to know is cost and when can the install be done and is the installation work good. I cannot speak highly enough of the service given by M H Heating M H Heating have installed both my mothers house and my own and I can thoroughly recommend them for exceptional service from Elaine, Martyn and the install engineers. Cost was very competitive and boiler of my choice was installed promptly, within days, and all rubbish was disposed of. I was recommended to them by a fellow tradesman who could not match their costs or timescale and I have since recommended them to other friends. I came across MH Heating solutions when our boiler packed up during the late cold snap we had in April this year. After doing all the research and obtaining two other quotes, MH Heating were not the cheapest but I had a really good feeling about the company after obtaining a quote from Martin Harris for a Worcester Greenstar 8000 Life 30kw combi boiler. The work was started and completed on time without any fuss or drama. The site was left clean and tidy and our fitter 'Leon' was simply amazing. We now have a boiler which we feel really confident with how it was fitted and the added bonus of a 12 years guarantee manufacturer's guarantee. Our boiler stopped working in Jan 2021 leaving us with no hot water in the depths of winter. After a day spent phoning around and getting nowhere we luckily came across MH Heating. Elaine was so helpful and arranged for Martyn to come out to us the same day to have a look, the quote was sent through a couple of hours later and the new boiler went in the following week. Stefan who installed the boiler was brilliant despite the endless problems that kept cropping up. The quote was competitive and the customer service has been outstanding. We have since had a gas pipe replaced and intend to use MH Heating for all our future plumbing/gas needs. MH Heating are an absolute joy and it has been amazing to find a company we can trust.
