Martyn replaced and relocated our hot water Boiler whilst we were having other work completed in our house. From start to finish our dealings with Martyn and Elaine were very positive with accurate information and descriptions of the works and costs to be expected. It was a pleasure dealing with them Martyn communicated well with the other trades and carried out the work seamlessly with them. His work was of a first class standard, ensuring he left everything neat and tidy. He was also a pleasure to have in the house and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to those I know.

We were due to have the boiler replaced at the start of lockdown. However Martyn and his wife understood our situation and were happy to wait for the job to be completed when we were ready. Polite and courteous communication all the way through. We went with Martyn and his company as we were happy with the quote and impressed by their Worcester Bosch accreditation. New Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by a very happy chap called Stefan and gas pipework improved. Very clean and tidy, work completed within 2 days as quoted.

We were very impressed with this company and would certainly use them for any gas/central heating/plumbing work in the future. The communication and administration/co-ordination was excellent thanks to Elaine, the quote was competitive and the workmanship was to a very high standard. They exceeded all our highest expectations.

Absolutely delighted with All the gang at MH Heating Solutions, from their office staff to the Engineers on site, from the outset to completion NO ISSUES AT ALL and very professional. Everything ran really smoothly, all work was to a very professional standard, all work was completed to the price we agreed at the beginning and also completed 5 days ahead of the duration we agreed. MH Heating solutions engineers were/are total Grafters!! barely stopped work all day every day while the project was going on. Nothing was too much trouble for the lads. When our 15 year old hot water immersion heater started leaking Martyn gave me a quote for a suitable replacement based on our requirements. He arrived punctually and the old heater was drained and removed and the new one was fitted and plumbed in and the electrics connected by his electrician. He tested the system and gave helpful instructions on using it. Very professional, tidy, polite and easy to communicate with both directly and through Elaine in the office. Would totally recommend.

I first contacted MH Heating back in March, but due to lockdown, the work was delayed until 23rd June however I was kept fully informed and I am pleased I chose MH Solutions to fit a new Worcester boiler and plinth heater. The work ran to the agreed schedule and quote I found the staff at MH Solutions (ie: the office manager, the electrician, and Martin) to be polite, efficient, and informative. The works took 2.5 days the last day included a system flush and testing. Martin arrived on time worked extremely hard and was very polite, efficient, and tidy in his work. I would recommend MH Heating Solutions to anyone.

We have,successfully, used Martyn on 2 previous occasions. He is our go to plumber and gas fitter. On this occasion we required a leaking hot water cylinder replaced and conversion of the system from a gravity fed hot water system, from a cold water tank in the loft, to a mains pressure system. As usual he came to inspect and quote for the work within a day or two of the initial phone call. The quote was fair and a suitable date could be arranged to carry out the work. He arrived promptly on the agreed date and worked tidily and professionally. He oversaw the work of the electrical subcontractors needed to rewire the central heating and solar panels. Removed all of the rubbish and left the site clean and tidy. The work was completed on time and to the quoted price even though there were some unexpected complications to overcome.

Our boiler finally gave up after many years of regular breakdowns. We chose MH Heating Solutions due to the excellent reviews and because they were an accredited Worcester installer. Also when Martyn came to visit we found him to be very helpful plus he spent some time checking the system to see where the issues were (several radiators weren’t working). Installation took 2 days and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. The performance of the new system was a huge improvement over the old. Overall, we’re happy with the standard of the work and the high ratings are well deserved.

I needed my old CH Boiler replacing plus upgraded gas connection, new TRV's etc. fitted, and radiators pressure flushed clean, & selected several suitable Traders to quote for the work. Martyn came across leaps and bounds ahead of his competitors with his knowledge, interest to listen, and helpful enthusiasm explaining the work, and submitted a fully detailed, realistic quotation based on our discussions, which I accepted. Martyn arrived on time, is a considerate professional, wearing shoe covers and laying clean protective floor covering throughout before starting any work. His vehicle is well organised with his tools, machines, materials and equipment all safely boxed & stowed yet ready to hand. It soon becomes quite apparent that Martyn & Will are both well organised, clean, tidy, knowledgeable and efficient workers who work well together and prove a pleasure to have working around the house. The resulting professional job of work is completed on schedule, as per quote, efficiently, considerately, tidily and with plenty of good humour thrown in for good measure - free of charge. Thoroughly recommended for all they do!!

Martyn provided a quick and reasonable quote for the removal of a Boilermate, and replacement combi boiler. I was booked in within 2 weeks. The engineer, Stefan, accommodated my need for an early arrival and worked courteously and tidily - when I returned from work each day, it was impossible to tell anyone had been carrying out any work in the house. We had used Martyn at our previous address and found him be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, the issue was with an existing system and he dealt with it immediately and very economically. We moved in to our new home and due to having an extension we needed additional pipework, radiators, boiler moved all this work was carried out by Martyn to an excellent standard even when our builders unfortunately caused a water leak which we found late one evening Martyn came round straight away to fix it for us. He is always pleasant and will oblige wherever he can I have recommended him to 2 family members and to a neighbour who have all been extremely pleased with his work.

First call was 6th Feb. to disconnect and make safe faulty gas cooker. Then 11th Feb. to fit new cooker - exactly on time and work carried out at figure quoted. Helpful, efficient - clean and tidy and a pleasure to deal with. Have no hesitation in recommending Martyn 100%. Would now never consider having anyone else to carry out this type of work , gas installation or gas central heating service.

We were not familiar with the engineers in Birmingham, so we used Trusted sites to identify suitable engineers. After several quotes from different suppliers, MH Solutions was found to be very competitive. We had a Megaflo 300 litre hot water cylinder installed on our first floor landing and the pipes were neatly installed from the boiler to this system. A quote was given and we were advised that it would take 2 days, then the work was completed slightly before time. We were pleasantly surprised by the contact made all the way through to ensure we were kept abreast of the work completed at various stages. If messages were left, they were always responded to shortly afterwards. The attention to detail on the work was impressive! We would definitely highly recommend MH Solutions to anyone looking for plumbing or heating work on their property.

I was previously badly let down and my building renovation project was being delayed. Even after completing the job, Martyn has been proactive in re-visiting the home to clarify any issues and put my mind at rest. Martyn came out to check over a PulsaCoil immersion heater that wasn't working properly. He sourced and fitted the part required and his electrician came later to synchronize the timer with the economy seven meter. Excellent communication and professional in his attitude towards discovering what the fault was and rectifying it.
