We have used Masons twice this year: once for a full pack up and move from West Wales of a large 4-bed to Penarth, and secondly for a smaller pack, store and then return to new property and on each occasion we were dealt with in the utmost professional and friendly service by the office staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they adjusted to our needs willingly. As for the gentleman that arrived to do the work they were a real credit on all occasions to the firm, as they went above and beyond to make sure the move was as stress-free as possible. A truly great team all round and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Masons to anyone.

Masons moved us from Barry, Wales to Clacton, England, collecting our belongings on 24 June and delivering them the following day. The removal team were lovely, friendly, efficient and extremely hardworking throughout. They handled everything with care and made what could have been a very stressful move go smoothly. Their pricing was reasonable for a cross-country move over two days, and the back-office and administrative staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the booking and moving process. We were very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Masons.

The booking process was straight forward and professional. The 2 man removal team arrived at the scheduled time. Basically, we were only moving large items of furniture which made the whole process easier. The van was loaded without any dramas, and within 80 mins we ready to leave. We arrived at our new home (2 hrs drive away) before 12.30 pm. By 2.00 pm, the van had been unloaded and furniture placed in the rooms of our choice. We could not believe how professional and quickly the removal team were. Totally helpful throughout the day. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use again. A big thank you Masons and its employees for all the help given.

From beginning to the end the moving service was superb. Initial survey was carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving advice for the move. The quote was provided promptly and was competitive with other quotes we obtained. The moving out day was great the guys, particularly Carl and Craig, were very efficient and handled all our belongings with care and packed dedicates such as TVs, pictures, etc. well without any damage. The moving in day was just as good, Carl and Craig, with everything placed where we wanted with no issues. All our belongings arrived as they left with no damage. I can't praise the team enough they made what can be a stressful thing easy as could be. Many, many thanks.

From start to finish, Masons provided an excellent service. We also opted for their packing service, which I would highly recommend. Gavin, Dean, and James handled both the packing and the move, and their professionalism throughout was exemplary. They packed all of our belongings with great care and worked tirelessly to ensure we moved out on time and were settled in with the essentials as quickly as possible.
