We obtained two quotes to move our very full 4 bed house into a 5 bed town house. Masons was by far the best quote for packing and moving, after their very helpful surveyor visited, but we had no pressure afterwards from Masons to accept. Our sale was very protracted (ie months) but they stood by their quote. They recommended to pack over two days, most things on Day 1, and then 'bed kettle and microwave' on Day 2, completion day. All the Masons team members worked hard to get us packed and loaded on time, were very friendly, helpful and were reassuring as our completion time got later and later. We finally got the keys at 1610 but Masons stayed on to unload the larger of two vans until after 1900, though there was an extra "late" charge. The second van was unloaded the next morning, and the crew remained helpful, even repositioning furniture when we changed our minds!

Used Masons to pack & vacate premises in West Wales, possessions were placed in Masons Self Storage facility & then ultimately for the onward move. All employees were extremely competent, efficient & considerate at all times. Storage facility was clean, safe & accessible 24/7. Will have absolutely no problem recommending this company in the future.

After getting a few quotes from other companies for a residential move I rang Masons and spoke to Richard on the phone. He was very helpful in explaining how things work, booking procedures and was very honest about what they could provide. Solicitors kept us waiting until last minute to exchange contracts but every time I rung the office they were great, very understanding and we got things sorted. As it was last minute I had to get the moving boxes from the Barry site instead of them being delivered but this wasn’t their fault. Come moving day the team that turned up were on time, well presented and very polite. This left me very reassured that my possessions were in good hands. The guys worked so hard all day ensuring things run smoothly. All of my possessions were handled with great care and I could not recommend this company more highly. The guys that turned up represented Masons to the highest standard. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future, they took the stress out of what should be a very stressful day. As this was our first move in 30 years and a daunting one from Derby to Wales, we didnt have a clue. Masons were fantastic from the initial enquiry to the actual removal. Customer service made me feel valued and were patient with all my queries. They organised the move with such precision causing us no stress what so ever. The guys on the vans worked so quickly and efficiently but were friendly and helped us organise ourselves. Considering the distance I thought the costs were more than reasonable for such a professional and friendly service.

I have to say how pleased I was with the service received from Masons. I had a very large sideboard and a linen press to be moved . The sideboard was very heavy even when the top was separated from the base, they had a very tricky manoeuvre to get the thing out of the house but they were very calm, quietly spoken and very strong ! They got the job done with no fuss and safely repositioned into another house. No damage was done to property or furniture which was quit a relief as the sideboard has three large mirrors. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone at Masons was brilliant. Really friendly and helpful and worked very hard throughout my move. It was all much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Masons.

Masons made my move from Lincoln to Wales as painless as possible. Well organised throughout. The staff were friendly, efficient and sensitive. They packed my belongings with great care and the whole process was completed in a timely fashion. They were brilliant.

From the office staff organizing a house move to the men on the ground moving our furniture, our experience was very good. Returning customer from many years back, and the whole process was managed very well. Office staff very approachable and helpful, especially with organising boxes ahead of the moving day. Actual removal men were very courteous and respectful. This extended from the Team leader to the younger lads. At the initial assessment, it was outlined that all furniture could be moved but one piece in particular would not fit down the stairs. This should have been highlighted at the assessment stage, and it would have avoided unnecessary stress on the day. Workmen on the day worked beyond their remit in certain ways to get the job done by helping to dismantle certain furniture items. That was appreciated. Not the cheapest removal company in the area but you pay for quality, which Mason's delivers.

Masons moved us to Dinas Powys in June 2025 and they were brilliant from the first visit to the final move. Brett and Richard in the office were very kind and helpful in making the arrangements. On the day of the move, the team of six strong men with two good lorries arrived in clean, branded T-shirts. They were very professional and careful, and courteous too. They took real care of our possessions, and the move went like clockwork. I have nothing but the highest praise for Masons and warmly recommend them to anyone planning a move.

We engaged Masons to take care of our house move and from the initial consultation to the final receiving of stored items 6 months later they could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our initial move date changed three times, but this was handled very professionally by the office team and they always assured us it was not a problem. The move itself was as efficient as it could ever be, the team of guys always friendly and keen to please even when asked to relocate items they had already moved in. A six month storage solution for some of our furniture was also provided at a very reasonable cost and delivered as and when we requested. Overall, a very professional and efficient outfit, thoroughly recommended.
