I cannot speak highly enough of this fantastic removals company. A big move from Cardiff to Lancashire was effortlessly executed. From the first experience and quotation visit with the very courteous and helpful assessor things went very smoothly. The price was very competitive and the office team helpful when we booked the move at short notice. I cannot speak highly enough about the removal team . They all worked tirelessly and delivered a fantastic level of service with both the move out and the move in the following day. A big thank you to a great team which I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a removal firm.

Having used masons previously they were absolutely top of my list when moving this time and they did not disappoint!! The team turned up on time were fast efficient and so helpful. Masons moved my stuff from Lampeter to their storage facilities in Barry. It was there from April to September 2024, before delivery to my new house in Cardiff. The service was excellent throughout. Friendly, efficient staff on the phone, as well as the drivers who came to both addresses. The cost was very reasonable. Straightforward invoicing and card payments over the ‘phone, with receipts issued immediately. I was well pleased with Masons, and recommend them to anybody who is looking for a friendly and efficient service. Brilliant throughout.

Great service from Masons. We used the packing service as well as removals and they were professional and prompt from first to last contact. The quote was done in person and on time and packing happened the day before the move. Worth every penny! The guys packed everything in a day and took it away in the van overnight leaving us enough to live with overnight. Remaining bits packed on moving day and everything in the new house within 2 hours of getting the keys. So stress free and everyone at the firm I dealt with was friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend. They even picked up the empty boxes and packing paper once we’d unpacked.

The company was excellent. Good value. The preparation was undertaken on day one with three men. The second day four men came/ with only one same man in both days. All of the staff were happy in their manner, very cheerful, chatty, respectful with humour. All of the over the two days made our move transition a lot smoother. All of them followed our request in placing the furniture and boxes. Definitely recommend Masons. Thank you all - excellent job!

Masons were great from beginning to end. Straightforward survey and booking service. We had a fantastic team the day before move (packing for us) and day of the move. Our belongings were packed securely with no breakages in transit. The boxes were accurately labelled and located in our new house as well as collected again once emptied. Would highly recommend.

Having used Masons on 3 previous occasions, I didn't hesitate to go back to them for this latest move. It's always great to speak to the team at Masons, no bots to get through and always incredibly personal service right from the initial inquiry, the survey and the move itself. Moving day was totally stress free, the Mason team arrived exactly on time, took great care of everything they moved - all mattresses, TVs etc wrapped before being loaded onto the van - they went the extra mile to ensure that everything could be removed from the house, including bulky furniture from a loft bedroom, and then were at pains to ensure that everything was put in the right place at the other end. All in all I would highly recommend Masons if you want to take the hassle out of moving!

Moving house at any time is stressful enough, but to move abroad times it by 5. From the time I contact Mason removals, nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered. From the office team to the gents who actually carried out the removal they were very professional, again nothing was too much trouble and treated our possessions with the utmost care and respect. I would highly recommend this company.
