We found Masons to be be very professional in their work. The staff were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They took extreme care and pride in their work - no damage & no breakages. The company were very obliging when dates had to be rearranged at short notice. Although they were not the cheapest quote, we are glad that Masons did the job, from the initial survey we were completely confident and happy that they would take great care of our belongings. Please thank the men who helped us settle into our new home.

I was really getting myself stressed out about moving from Cardiff back to Hampshire. Masons sent someone round to answer questions and assess the job and ultimately handled disposal of a lot of Ikea furniture, heavy mattresses, a couple of broken microwaves and more. Within five hours of arriving at my place in Cardiff, they had everything in the vans and arrived promptly the following day at my parents 150 miles away. They packed up a whole bunch of stuff I had been unable to get done and they coped with the terrible access at the block of flats I lived in (right in the centre of the city, with no parking of its own and only one lift). I can't recommend them enough and I will likely use them in the future if I return to Cardiff as planned. It wasn't what I'd call cheap (without having several quotes from similar providers) but it's worth paying for quality for the peace of mind and they did a great job. It would have been impossible to do it on our own.

We had to move at relatively short notice and feel so lucky that we chose Masons. They were so helpful and professional in our time of need. On the day the team arrived and made us feel at ease. They packed everything carefully and in good time. We can't thank Warren and his team enough for their patience on the day, as we had issues getting the keys from the solicitor which took time. A big thank you to the admin team and the wonderful removal team - it had been a stressful day, but they kept us calm. We can't recommend them highly enough!

The office staff were friendly and helpful when I approached them, and a visit was arranged to assess how much stuff we had to move. Judging by the number of boxes they supplied, the young lady who came to assess our house obviously underestimated how much stuff we had to pack up. It wasn't a problem as we'd already bought fifty boxes ourselves, so we had enough, and I know Mason's would have provided more if I'd asked for them. She also failed to take notice of my warning that access to our new property was narrow and difficult, so on the moving day plans had to be hastily changed to swap from a lorry and trailer to two lorries. Thankfully the foreman on site, was able to sort things out, and he and his men were absolutely fantastic across the two days. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was packaged to avoid breakages. Ours was a big job, and a lot of stuff had to be taken up two flights of stairs. I found myself apologising for the amount of stuff that had to go in the attic, but the men were really great about it. They were a friendly bunch, and they absolutely worked their socks off on both days. I'd recommend them any day of the week.

I was recommended Masons by a work colleague, and I couldn't recommend them enough. From the initial consultation to moving day, their professionalism and upbeat manner were second to none. On what could have been a very stressful day due to delays with our new property, the workmen were so reassuring, which made our day so much easier. All our furniture was packed so carefully, transported and assembled in our new home, so it was totally stress-free. We were supplied with plenty of boxes, tape and bubble wrap, which was really helpful. Totally reliable! An excellent company to deal with, and I will definitely be using them even if we move. From the outset when we telephoned everyone was incredibly polite, efficient and you immediately felt you were in competent hands. The collection from our property went into storage for a short period and both those movers and the ones who took our stuff from Cardiff to Cornwall were professional and were happy to move items before they left if we then decided we had put them in the wrong rooms! We have used Masons before and would never consider using anyone else. Moving is stressful enough anyway so don't add to it used a reputable firm such as Masons and make your life easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I used Masons to pack and store my belongings and then to move those belongings to our new home. The teams were excellent at both ends. The communication was great and o felt very confident with updates on my storage containers. Would highly recommend Masons.

From the time I first enquired about my parents move I knew they masons would be the best to book with. Friendly and professional from start to finish. A video survey was done due to COVID restrictions and a price given. It was a great bonus that furniture that was not wanted could be disposed of too. My parents are 88 and had lived in their house for 58 years so moving was pretty stressful for them. Two of the team came to pack the day before and two to move everything the next day. All of the guys were great. Thank you. It all went smoothly.

As the title of the review suggests we were impressed by the levels of professionalism shown by Masons from the quoting through to the day of the move and nothing was too much trouble. We had the packing and moving into storage service. A glossy brochure explaining the process was presented (the only company of three we contacted to do so) on the day of the quote. We weren’t pestered to complete engagement forms as we hadn’t exchanged for a month. Original quote was still live when returning for signing contracts. The day of removal was adhered to and the storage pallet estimate was accurate, so the quote was on target. We weren’t asked for any extras on top. The team on the day were really communicative, making us feel relaxed about the structure of the day and asked if not sure as to what was staying or needed packing. All in all it was a very slick experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending Masons. Well done!

A rather unusual set of circumstances in that i was hospitalised a day before the move leaving the task of moving from an 8 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom house to my wife and the Masons team. As planned the packing started 4 days before the move and given the volume packing boxes were gradually moved out leaving the essential items to last. It was organised, calm and to the timescale agreed. My wife welcomed the huge support from all members of the Masons team including the willingness to reposition a few items around the new house. The price is what you got - a well planned and executed move with no damage to items.

Masons handled my mothers move from Yorkshire to South Wales. They were very efficient and organised. Phone calls always answered within a few rings. Written quotation was received within a few hours of request. (Pickfords didn't bother getting back to me with a quote.) Our original moving date was delayed but this wasn't a problem. (I advise purchasing the postponement insurance if your intended moving date is not guaranteed.) Guys who did the shifting turned up on time and were polite and cheerful. All round good service and I would recommend.

This was a simple collection in cardiff, storage and then delivery to an address near Barmouth of a few items of furniture - not a full house move. I dealt with one of the business owners who was very cooperative and efficient, despite this being only a small job. Everything happened as agreed and on time. The two people who delivered the goods let us know their progress and arrived as scheduled. They were both very courteous and friendly. All in all, an excellent service, and I happily recommend this company to others.

Initial impressions on phoning the company was that they were a professional, reliable family run business. They initially sent a surveyor down to talk us through and price the job. We were also at the end of the phone to answer any queries throughout the process. We were supplied with boxes, tape and bubble wrap which was really helpful. On the day of removal the job was completed on time and the removal men were professional and personable. Masons made what could have been a very stressful process very easy. The contents went into storage in Cardiff and they will (as part of the contract) re-deliver to Colchester on 1st November. I am happy to leave a review following this process.

From first contact to waving goodbye to the lorry, the staff at Masons Moving Group have displayed the kind of exemplary customer service and personal engagement that we all want but rarely expect to receive. With some problematic access issues to overcome the 'Can do.' attitude of Brett and Richard in the office and Carl, D and Cameron on the lorries was both reassuring and productive. Throughout, they were client focussed and obviously skilled, demonstrating a truly commendable level of professional care for both the possessions to be transported and the houses they were removed from and carried into, all the while taking time to accommodate our needs and worries. We used the packing service as well as the removal service, and if we ever move again this and Masons will be our 'go to' option. I cannot fault the service delivered and recommend Masons Moving Group without reservation.

From the initial consultation to the end of moving into our new property, Mason’s Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. We had a very short time between consultation and moving but they managed to accommodate us in their busy schedule. The move went perfectly and was hassle-free, hence the Relax title. Mason’s quote was extremely reasonable for the work undertaken and the removal men dealt with any little problems. It was so stress-free that I was happy to sit back and let them do what they are so good at. I am usually the organiser in our household so it was nice not to have any responsibility for once. I have no hesitation in recommending Masons as a Removal Company.

The office and removals teams were good communicators, well priced for a quality service, supportive, removal men were accomodating and careful with my furniture and the two-day move went smoothly with no lost items and no noticeable damage! Well done Masons Moving Group! I couldn't have expected any more than you achieved and I am so grateful you kept moving stress to a minimum for me.

We had a big move from Slough to West Wales (it's amazing how much you find you have collected over time). Including jukeboxes and some artwork. All went smoothly with great packing fitting it all into the van and trailer. It was a great experience and we would do it all again with Masons if we could ever find the stamina to move again!

This company knows what it’s about. They came out to the property to give us a Removal quote. Completely professional and competitive. When they came to pack the day before they were so respectful and polite. On the day we had a big lorry plus trailer plus Luton van. Packed from attic to garage and garden as well as house. When our move was held up until later in the afternoon they reassured us and cheered us up. They diverted another van from another job and we had 7 men to unload. Which was done in a remarkably short time. They also reassembled the beds. Lovely men, excellent company. So glad we chose them.

I highly recommend Mason's to anyone. We opted for the packing service as well. The movers arrived, worked so efficiently and packed with such care and speed it was amazing to watch. Customer service the whole way through was impeccable, from looking for quotes to getting advice on different options. We exchanged on the same day and it was very delayed. Mason's sent more people to help unload when we finally got the keys and they were super professional, friendly and fast. We would choose Mason's again in a heartbeat.

Polite, punctual, professional and "no problem". This sums up the service we received from masons. The office staff were most helpful and informative. All the paperwork was in order. The quote was competitive and the video assessment was very reassuring. The removal guys arrived promptly and worked industriously to ensure the majority of our possessions were safely wrapped and stored. The following day everything was loaded and set off to our new home. The next day our possessions were unloaded into rooms, garage or garden as requested in 2 hours, as predicted! Craig and Dee ensured we were happy with everything before they left us. If only they could have stayed to unpack all those boxes too. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you.

From first contact with Brett to the last we were very impressed by their reliability, professionalism and friendly attitude. The price was agreed on and that didn't change. We moved from France to UK last month and Masons made it totally stress-free. We had downloaded a video of contents which were to be moved and from that they sent the correct sized units to our home in France. They arrived on the date stated and took everything that we had! The removal men were totally professional and friendly, they covered and secured all valuables. They then unloaded into 2 storage containers for us. Recommend to everyone.

I cannot understand why I have never used a packing service before. Much less stressful - the team were great, checked in with me often and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Really appreciated the putting together of furniture at the other end!

Carefully bubble wrapped all my furniture and stored it while having my flooring redone. Very professional, respectful and friendly. They even made friends with my puppy and went out of their way to make sure everything was packed away safely. When redelivering my furniture they covered my new floor so as not to damage it and unpacked and placed all the furniture where it was going for me. They even fixed a door on one cupboard I’ve been meaning to fix for months!
