We have had two moves from Masons from our old home to storage and then to our new home. The removal men at all times were courteous, professional and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Masons Removal Staff. Our tv's and pictures were packed with care. I was surprised that I had to provide an EXTRA payment for insurance, which I considered should have been included in the service. I would have thought that there would be an duty of care on the movers part to ensure there was no damage perpetrated while our goods were in there care. If there was damage it should have been their responsibility not mine. Empty boxes were collected speedily from our home when empty, an excellent 'extra' by the company and appreciated.

Masons have moved house for me several times but on this occasion they moved furniture from me to my son who now lives in California. Masons were professional and instilled confidence in their service at all times but still remained friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff on the phones and staff who attended the property were helpful and attentive. I would most definitely use their services again.

Masons did an excellent job in moving me from Rhoose to Penarth. I had been almost dreading the day but everything went so smoothly I won't say I actually enjoyed it but it was entirely trouble free! The three removal people arrived on time and set to work immediately. They packed and stowed my belongings on the van in record time. My belongings arrived at my new home on time and were unpacked with speed. The three removal people were so friendly and we were able to have the odd laugh with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Masons Removals.

I plucked Mason Group out of an on line search after being let down by other so called removal companies. Masons turned up to survey at the agreed time, supplied me with a quotation and did everything they said they would do within reasonable time. They moved me, taking time to wrap our furniture against the risk of damage and handled it with care. Quotations, invoices and confirmation correspondence were all dealt with in a professional manner.

We had masons for a 2 day move, packing on day 1 was done efficiently by 2 lovely people. The move day went like clockwork and the 4 worked so hard, including moving a huge kitchen cupboard, on a warm day. Everyone was so professional, cheerful and helpful, including returning a fridge freezer to our old house, which we had mistakenly taken with us! our fault, luckily our buyers also used masons, and we moved within Penarth. The return of the fridge freezer was managed so well by masons too. We exchanged and completed on day 2 which added enormously to our stress levels. However both masons brothers we dealt with in the office couldn't have been more helpful, understanding and accommodating. Masons made the whole thing so much easier to deal with. Thoroughly recommend this company

We contacted Masons after having second thoughts about using a different overseas remover who kept adding extras once we had accepted their quote. Masons were recommended by numerous work colleagues and so we asked for a quote (only two weeks before moving date) We were moving from UK to Finland right in the middle of this Coronavirus Pandemic. We received the quote the day following the surveyors visit, it was comprehensive and included full overseas packing customs documents etc. The staff at Masons were really first class, easy to talk to and every question answered, the packers arrived and time and worked quickly to pack everything extremely well - much better than we could have done ourselves, talking to them they were all long time employees and their teamwork really showed as they all just got on with the job and were very helpful and efficient. The move went as they had planned and there were no problems with our goods arriving within the indicated timescale with no hidden extra charges. Overall I'm glad we chose Masons for this move from Wales to Finland, their experience in International moving totally took the stress out of the move for us and its clear from others feedback that this is how they work. In summary if you want to deal with a family firm that communicates well and does what they promise these are the people and I recommend them without hesitation

Two-day move including packing on Day 1. This took longer than anticipated because only one operative (Nathan) available so whole day instead of half. However he was efficient and effective - knew exactly what to do and gave helpful suggestions about leaving some items until Day 2. Moving day was excellent: part-load to a separate address taken first thing then main load for local delivery. Wyn and Carl were the removers - most helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Move was to an apartment so everything had to be moved into a lift and then the property. Unpacking since has shown how well packing had been done and labelled to help identify what was where. Nothing was damaged. Throughout - from first enquiry to actual move - can't fault the company. I don't plan to move again but if I do it will be Masons again.

The team masons sent for our move were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

From the survey, through to the delivery of our possessions, it was a pleasure to deal with Masons. The survey was thorough and comprehensive, the quote for the work was competitive, the administration, planning and customer service was first class and the staff that moved us were friendly, helpful, respectful of our home and efficient. We could not recommend this company highly enough.

From our initial contact with Masons we were absolutely satisfied by their attention to detail and their genuine concern that we should be satisfied with everything. They had moved us into our present property which is why we chose them again. We were so pleased at their suggestion that our removal would be over two days, the bulk being taken first day. This meant far less stress for us on the exchange day. The three man team, Steve, Craig and Fern were brilliant, so organised, so efficient and so caring. I was also impressed that our goods which were to go into storage were all recorded should we have mistakenly packed something we might need, it could later be easily located. I honestly can’t thank or recommend masons enough. They are so friendly and accommodating and the services they offer are the best out there. From start to finish they were great, I have used both their storage and moving services and everything about the service was perfect :)

The whole process was fab from requesting a quote to move day. Plenty of communication about the process, easy to book and on the day the removal was slick! Staff were really friendly and worked hard. I’d recommend the service and will happily use Masons in for future moves.

Masons' general service was brilliant from start to finish. Notable however was the exceptional performance of the team that did all the heavy lifting on the day. They were friendly, extremely helpful and it seemed willing to go above and beyond the scope of their responsibilities. Service was delivered within the promised timeframe and without a single hitch.

Very happy with the professional way everything was done, right from estimate to final unloading. Impressed by the teamwork, across the company as more removal men descended to help load while they were waiting to unload. Sent 3 to unload and weren’t daunted by the steps. Fantastic service. All boxes were removed quickly and efficiently from our old house. All boxes went into storage safely and we were able to arrange a convenient date for the removal of our belongings from storage into our new home. All boxes were put into the correct rooms, really quickly! Staff were friendly, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process and they made the moving process much less stressful. Excellent. Just a few words to thank Mason’s removals & especially the two men who took very good care in loading/unloading our belongings. They were polite and went the extra mile to ensure our complete satisfaction. The Company were very competitive and on time. After a previous experience moving from London to Cardiff with another company, the service experience provided by Mason's group was excellent. They paid full attention to our needs and provided different options to accommodate our budget. We took the risk of not getting the "on transit" insurance to save some money. Nothing was damaged except for an Ikea desk that came apart when it was moved because, as they explain to me, it was not securely assembled. The desk is still usable and in any case, the extra insurance would not have compensated its loss in value. When it comes to value, it is definitely worthwhile if you want to have the peace of mind of being in good hands when you move house.

Masons were able to fit us in at short notice after only being given a weeks notice that we were moving, was turned down by almost 20 local removal companies as they were fully booked. Friendly and professional service from booking enquires through to moving day. Were fairly priced according to how many items we wanted moved. On moving day, had 3 friendly and professional removal men were nothing was too much trouble. They professionally packed our valuable goods for us and took a lot of anxiety out of a stressful and busy day. Would definitely recommend.
