We spoke to several removal companies and settled on Masons because of their positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach to our position. Great service from the beginning with plenty of boxes available for pre-move self packing, then came the day... the crew turned up on time and blitzed the job, clearing everything more than an hour before estimated time. So, we were off to our new home, with the crew arriving on schedule to decant into the house, the garage and the garden, and the family unpacking and stashing away. Most boxes and wrapping went back on the truck and we’re able to donate the rest to others locally who needed them. Great, friendly and efficient service from Masons.

Masons provided an excellent service for our move from Llantwit Major to Monmouth. A full packing service was carried out including a pickup from storage. The crew were both experienced and professional in their work. Everything arrived at our destination and was unloaded with a minimum of fuss, I would definitely recommend Masons for any move.

The Masons company should be very proud of their staff. From the first contact to our completed move they were very professional and caring. The plans to move were very complicated resulting in a very late completion date but Masons were still able to allocate time for us. The packing was done very well everything arrived here in good order. The removal team could not have been more helpful and patient with our requests and rebuilt shelving, cots, beds etc. The quote we had for our 3 day move was very good considering how many staff were involved. I can’t recommend them highly enough, moving can be very stressful but Masons took the strain for us and we are very grateful!

Fast efficient service. Packaged kitchen and breakables on Day 1 everything dismantled and boxed then arrived the following day all items unpacked placed in correct rooms. Great pleasant staff made the days easy to deal with nothing but praise for the team. Very impressed with the way they dealt with the piano and pictures.

Masons provided the most reasonable quote for moving from Newtown to Cardiff. The move went well, packing and hauling to storage taking two days followed by move from storage to new home a fortnight later. All employees were helpful and careful. On reporting missing components of an exercise bike the company checked their vehicles and premises and offered full recompense for the missing items. A good reputable company.

This is the second time I have used Masons and they did not disappoint. From the first phone call to make arrangements until the day of moving the service was first class. Very polite and efficient during our phone conversations and home visit. The day of the move could not have been smoother. The four removal men involved could not have been more helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived in Barry from Bristol and they were on the go again straight away. They put together all my beds and furniture without any problems. I recommend Masons 100%

We used Masons on our recent move from Belgium back to UK. From the initial communications they were extremely helpful and ensured our timelines were met. The two guys who packed our house were super efficient, carefully with our belongings and extremely courteous to us. We received our belongings with a different team but they were as good as the first team, working hard to unpack the truck into our home exactly as we wanted it ensuring there was not one bit of damage. An excellent customer service and all the guys were super friendly throughout. Extremely good service from all and I would highly recommend Masons.

To everyone concerned with our house move, we would like to say a big thank you. July the 3rd was a hot, hot day when the guys came to pack up our house. They worked like Trojans on a hot, uncomfortable day. Their work was thorough and continuous despite the heat. July the 4th was the day we moved and once again a hot day. Still the guys worked hard and with great courtesy and were obliging and helpful in every way. The days following were spent unpacking the many boxes. Every delicate item was wrapped and packed to within an inch of their lives. We had no breakages or damages of any item. We are absolutely delighted with the way our move was handled...both with regard to our possessions... and the courtesy and helpfulness shown to us during the process. We don't envisage ever moving again... but would recommend you to anyone else, in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, one more time.

We first hired Masons in 1989 to move us from Surrey to Cardiff. They were excellent then so they were an obvious choice when we moved within Dinas Powys. Masons emailed me recently asking for reviews. We had some issues with our move, nothing that was worth complaining about when we were dealing with unpacking etc. Instead of leaving a public complaint, I chose to reply to the email laying out why we weren't very happy. This got no response at all, so I have decided to go public. * Our packing service was unsatisfactory, some things weren't packed properly or sensibly, but actually passive-aggressively, e.g. each individual item of cutlery packed with many layers, but stacks of plates wrapped in a single sheet. * Unloading was poorly arranged which meant the unloading team needed to call in reinforcements at the end of the day which caused disruption and led to inconvenience. Neither of these things were important enough to complain about at the time, but when they asked for feedback I gave it and they didn't bother to respond.

A very good company to do business with. Very thorough in every aspect of the work they undertake for you. From the pre visit to assist and identify what would be entailed to the great team of guys that arrived on the Day. Very professional, thoughtful and polite.
