Masons moved me from Cardiff to west Wales 9 yrs ago . I’ve recently moved again within west Wales and so I requested their help again . Both moves were dealt with very professionally and with empathy . They packed my house up both times and the removal men were nothing but amazing . I have a lot of fragile things and there were no breakages or damage to anything . I would recommend this company to anyone on the move - they give a 5*****service . Thank you Masons of Barry.

Masons were incredible from start to finish. A detailed survey, a sensible price, professional and friendly staff. They are obviously very experienced and made the move as easy and stress free as possible. They packed up my whole house the day before the move - which meant minimum disruption to family life beforehand, and got us unloaded and into our new home by 4pm on move day. Not a single breakage. All boxes clearly labelled. They also picked up all the cardboard boxes and paper the following week. I could not recommend them enough.

We hired Mason's for an office move to a storage unit. The team arrived on time, were very friendly, and even brought in additional staff who were on hiatus from another move to help complete the job. The move was completed well ahead of schedule and they took care with the boxes they were moving. The planning stage was also very easy and the company was very easy to obtain a quote from.

We used Masons for both removal and storage for a house to a renovation project. They agreed to come over three days for packing, removal to storage and removal to new house. The team were excellent, no hassle, polite and friendly, tidy and took the stress away from the move. Arrived on time, gave a clear plan and got stuck in to packing. Everything was packed and taped up well. All arrived as planned and without any damage, breakage or problems. I would particularly recommend their packing service as it took away so much pressure arrived all labelled and furniture reassembled This is the second time we’ve used Masons for moving and both times have been spot on. The team are friendly and understanding of the stress of a move.

I used Masons to move me out from my house on a Friday then to move me in on the Monday. Everything went to plan my belongings were safely stored over the weekend It made moving less stressful than it would of been without them. The team were kind respectful and on time and extremely helpful. Would 100% use them if i need to in the future.

There was a slight mix up over the dates and scheduling but this did not create too much of an issue. The team turned up on time and were very helpful throughout the process. Everything went to plan and the guys did a really good job.

Our second time calling on their services in less than a year, to move us from Cardiff to Edinburgh this time. Flawless service, fairly priced, everything delivered without damage or breakage. Brett and brothers in the office were as helpful as ever and always happy to answer questions, Fern once again surveyed and got everything planned out, and the boys packing, loading and delivering were great. The move went very smoothly and to time. The crews at both ends were friendly, helpful and hard-working. Some of the contents were sent to an auction house and that also worked efficiently.

I engaged Masons to carry out their packing and removal service. From the first communications with the company, through to the assessment visit, and the packing and removal service, they were excellent. My goods were carefully and professionally packed - no damage. The removal staff were professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service, and at a very reasonable price. We were moving from a remote location near Cardigan, to another remote location in Dorset. Access to our house near Cardigan was impossible for a lorry, so everything had to be loaded onto vans and driven to the lorries. I think this took four working days (we went for the full packing service). They did manage to get both lorries to the property in Dorset, so offloading was finished within two days. The staff were all polite and incredibly willing and helpful throughout. Nothing at all was damaged, and everything ended up where we wanted it in the house. We have friends with much less furniture who recently moved from mid Wales to the Lake District with a different firm who paid the same as we did, and had to pack everything themselves! There is absolutely nothing I could fault with Masons.

We called upon Masons with a bit of a challenge as we were moving very large, valuable and awkward items from the top floor of our office to the ground floor for relocation as we had no idea how to do this without damage being caused. Their team turned up and new exactly how to handle the situation and were fully armed with equipment that enabled them to move the items with no damage to them whatsoever and even the walls and stairs were scratch free and was amazed at not so much how they did it but how fast they completed the job They were totally understanding and listened to exactly what we required and would not hesitate to use Masons again or recommend them to friends and family. I have to say there team are very polite and courteous throughout the whole move and a credit to the company.

Masons were prompt and efficient. The men were friendly and finished quickly. We were downsizing. It took two and half days to complete. They moved us in on the 7th March with essentials, and the bulk came on the 10th March. No hassle at all. We would recommend Masons to anyone. Thanks guys.

The team from Masons packed up my house contents into storage last October in Cardiff and the same team subsequently delivered it all to Malvern at the beginning of March. I have recently used Masons for a residential house move and words cannot describe how phenomenal their service and process was. Having never used a removal company before I was unsure how stressful this may be. I initially enquired on the website after a Google search for a local company and was called within a couple of hours. A gentlemen came over the following week to complete a survey of the contents of the house to determine how much packaging a vehicle space would be needed. He made me feel at ease within minutes discussing how it would all work with their flexibility. The service received from not only the office staff with constant communication, updates and follow up email was great, it put my mind at ease and felt like a company I could trust. Adam and James arrived the day before to pack up the house and simply just got on with it, you wouldn’t have even known they were there, we’re super friendly and even dismantled furniture that wouldn’t fit out the doorway. They both arrived the next day with Craig who finished packing up the house as we left. There was a slight delay in our key collection so another crew arrived to help unload the boxes at the new property. This was then completed within 1.5 hours and the crew even hung our clothes in the wardrobes. ALL 7 crew members were fantastic, friendly, easy going and the whole process was extremely stress free and cannot recommend them enough. Amazing service!!

Masons are the best, most efficient removal company I have used. This is the third time I have moved- it’s a very stressful time. From my first contact with Brett to discuss our move, to the actual removal day, everything was run to time, smoothly, efficiently and with no fuss. The two gentlemen who packed and moved us were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend using Masons for your removal.

I moved into a second floor flat, and so we needed an extra team. But the guys were amazing, they were very quick and efficient, and I was fully of admiration for their energy! I will use them again, and have already recommended them to friends and family. There was another obstacle of awkward narrow roads at each end, but they used two smaller vans, and it worked really well. Big thank you to Masons and all their staff.

This is the second time we have used Masons in 18 months, we were very happy when we used them the first time ( albeit a local move ) so they were an obvious choice for our second move from one side of the country to the other. Carl and his team were great all were polite and considerate and nothing was too much trouble. Masons dealt with a 'pack and remove to storage' task for me, and every aspect was superbly managed. Fern originally visited the property to provide me with a quote for the relevant items (as I didn't wish to take everything). I subsequently changed my mind a little, but Masons were able to provide me with a revised quote taking into account the amendments. The day of packing and removal went very smoothly and I'd definitely recommend them. I'd obtained a number of quotes, but Masons were the most competitive and in addition, a number of friends had recommended them following their own positive experiences.

First, I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Masons. They are a family business focussing on one thing for over one hundred years and that’s the task of making sure that moving house is as organised as it can be. Right through from quotation (Peter was excellent in making sure that all aspects were addressed) to the final delivery of our corner suite that got stuck on the third floor of our apartment block due to a low roof that was resolved quickly and efficiently by the team, we had the feeling of confidence in all involved. We found their pricing transparent, with no hidden extras. Communications were first class and above all the Moving Team listened to our every request offering ideas on how best to package up and transport even the most awkward of items. Nothing can prepare one for just how stressful the day of the move is. What’s for sure is that having Masons manage the moving process is one thing less that you’ll need to worry about!
