Masons Moving Group are a Wales based, family run, trusted and respected, UK and Worldwide removals and storage company with over 100 years of service of moving and storing homes and businesses throughout Wales, across the UK and around the world. Our experience puts us as one of the longest standing and most trustworthy moving and storage companies in the UK, so you can trust Masons to get the job done safely, securely and efficiently.

For Masons this was a small job : packing some 400 technical books accumulated after 40 years of university work. The company had indicated that they would arrive by 9.00 am but were actually there before 8.30 am. The packing was completed carefully in about an hour and so they were ready to leave by 9.30 am. Similarly, the delivery to the final destination was made within the allotted hour slot. In all cases the staff who undertook the work were courteous and humorous. They clearly enjoy their job and do it well. Having obtained an estimate for the job from Masons, I sought another estimate from another company. They were slow to respond and so I took the Masons estimate and especially because they could undertake the job on a convenient date. After the job was done ,I received an estimate from the other company: it was twice that of Masons. So in a word, Masons do excellent work and offer great value for money.

We used masons for a full pack and move. From first contact every person was spoke to was friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. As a company they were effective at communicating throughout and reliable. On the day of the move, the team were cheerful and efficient and we were fully moved out by 11am. They stayed in communication the whole day and unpacked quickly but with care. My experience using Masons was that the physical pack and move ended up being the least stressful part of the moving process and we are grateful to all the team. Couldn’t rate them higher.

We had lived in our house for 42 years, we were very anxious about moving as we had a lot of possessions mainly in our attic. Masons were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were friendly, polite and courteous. Once we had unpacked most of the boxes I rang and asked for the boxes and packing materials to be removed and recycled. I was very happy with the service provided. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending Masons.

Masons moved Mum from Aberaeron into their storage facility in Barry over 2 days. We used their packing service to make the move as smooth as possible and even through a stressful situation they were extremely professional, friendly & accommodating. Richard was very understanding when we had to cancel & rearrange the move date & on the actual move days, Simon & the team arrived on time, were polite, efficient & definitely went over & above to pack everything. Would certainly use this company again & have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were moved by Masons from our home in Peterston-super-Ely to Great Alne Park in Warwickshire. The move could not have gone better, no damage to our possessions and carried out by friendly staff who couldn’t do enough. We used Mason's for our move and also to store for a few weeks as our dates did not tie up. This all happened over the Christmas period when the company was very busy. The move went very well. The teams involved did all they could to assist us in a timely manner. Having 24-hour accessible storage was very useful for us.

Contacted Masons to move my belongings. Although I had to cancel 5 times till I got a date. I called last minute on a Tuesday to say can you move me on Friday. Answer yes of course. To say I was pleased was an understatement. They turned up on Friday morning two lorries and 4 men. Packed up and all in the lorries and off they went. Arrived at my new home with 7 men now unloading the lorry’s faster than I could say where I wanted everything. They were very polite and curious of our needs. Before I knew it we were in and they were ready to go. All this and it was the Friday before Christmas. Made our move so easy I would recommend them to everyone. I’d like to say a big thank you to all involved. Happy new year 2025

We hadn’t moved house in about 10 years, so we were quite anxious about the enormity of this move (we have a lot of possessions crammed into a small 2 bed terrace, moving to a 4bed) and to complicate things we’d been having trouble with abusive neighbours which we feared would make the move difficult for us, causing a lot of stress. Peter was excellent in the initial home visit and reassured us completely. The team who attended the move were amazing and despite the difficult parking situation they completed the job perfectly. I couldn’t quite believe how smoothly the move went and can’t thank Masons enough for their excellent customer care, communication throughout and completion of the move. I don’t want to move again but if we have to, we’d choose Mason’s again.

Excellent service. Arranged self storage for us at relatively short notice, and moved it all into our new home when the day finally came. Excellent customer service in the build up to the actual move with advice on decluttering and boxing up different possessions. Never used a moving company before, so didn’t know what to expect. We had a first class service. The removal men, Carl and his team were fabulous. They were efficient, accommodating, friendly and ultimately professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were worth their weight in gold. Hope they’re there to move us back again into our new property. Would definitely use Masons again. They made it so easy for us, particularly as our whole house was going into storage until our new house is ready, which was daunting, but all the removal man sent to us were amazing, and we couldn’t fault them in any way. They had everything done quickly and efficiently and in half the time that we thought would be needed! Excellent!!
