Contacted Masons to move my belongings. Although I had to cancel 5 times till I got a date. I called last minute on a Tuesday to say can you move me on Friday. Answer yes of course. To say I was pleased was an understatement. They turned up on Friday morning two lorries and 4 men. Packed up and all in the lorries and off they went. Arrived at my new home with 7 men now unloading the lorry’s faster than I could say where I wanted everything. They were very polite and curious of our needs. Before I knew it we were in and they were ready to go. All this and it was the Friday before Christmas. Made our move so easy I would recommend them to everyone. I’d like to say a big thank you to all involved. Happy new year 2025

We hadn’t moved house in about 10 years, so we were quite anxious about the enormity of this move (we have a lot of possessions crammed into a small 2 bed terrace, moving to a 4bed) and to complicate things we’d been having trouble with abusive neighbours which we feared would make the move difficult for us, causing a lot of stress. Peter was excellent in the initial home visit and reassured us completely. The team who attended the move were amazing and despite the difficult parking situation they completed the job perfectly. I couldn’t quite believe how smoothly the move went and can’t thank Masons enough for their excellent customer care, communication throughout and completion of the move. I don’t want to move again but if we have to, we’d choose Mason’s again.

Excellent service. Arranged self storage for us at relatively short notice, and moved it all into our new home when the day finally came. Cannot fault any of the people we dealt with, the guys were on time and very efficient with the moving in and John particularly when it came to sorting out the self storage.

Excellent customer service in the build up to the actual move with advice on decluttering and boxing up different possessions. The move itself was much better than expected (we haven't moved for 28 years and had heard lots of nightmare stories!) We had a couple of issues but they were resolved swiftly.

Never used a moving company before, so didn’t know what to expect. We had a first class service. The removal men, Carl and his team were fabulous. They were efficient, accommodating, friendly and ultimately professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were worth their weight in gold. Hope they’re there to move us back again into our new property. Would definitely use Masons again. They made it so easy for us, particularly as our whole house was going into storage until our new house is ready, which was daunting, but all the removal man sent to us were amazing, and we couldn’t fault them in any way. They had everything done quickly and efficiently and in half the time that we thought would be needed! Excellent!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this fantastic removals company. A big move from Cardiff to Lancashire was effortlessly executed. From the first experience and quotation visit with the very courteous and helpful assessor things went very smoothly. The price was very competitive and the office team helpful when we booked the move at short notice. I cannot speak highly enough about the removal team . They all worked tirelessly and delivered a fantastic level of service with both the move out and the move in the following day. Masons moved my stuff from Lampeter to their storage facilities in Barry. It was there from April to September 2024, before delivery to my new house in Cardiff. The service was excellent throughout. Friendly, efficient staff on the phone, as well as the drivers who came to both addresses. The cost was very reasonable. Straightforward invoicing and card payments over the ‘phone, with receipts issued immediately. I was well pleased with Masons, and recommend them to anybody who is looking for a friendly and efficient service. Brilliant throughout.

Great service from Masons. We used the packing service as well as removals and they were professional and prompt from first to last contact. The quote was done in person and on time and packing happened the day before the move. Worth every penny! The guys packed everything in a day and took it away in the van overnight leaving us enough to live with overnight. Remaining bits packed on moving day and everything in the new house within 2 hours of getting the keys. So stress free and everyone at the firm I dealt with was friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend. They even picked up the empty boxes and packing paper once we’d unpacked.

The company was excellent. Good value. The preparation was undertaken on day one with three men. The second day four men came/ with only one same man in both days. All of the staff were happy in their manner, very cheerful, chatty, respectful with humour. All of the over the two days made our move transition a lot smoother. Having used Masons on 3 previous occasions, I didn't hesitate to go back to them for this latest move. It's always great to speak to the team at Masons, no bots to get through and always incredibly personal service right from the initial inquiry, the survey and the move itself. Moving day was totally stress free, the Mason team arrived exactly on time, took great care of everything they moved - all mattresses, TVs etc wrapped before being loaded onto the van - they went the extra mile to ensure that everything could be removed from the house, including bulky furniture from a loft bedroom, and then were at pains to ensure that everything was put in the right place at the other end. All in all I would highly recommend Masons if you want to take the hassle out of moving!
