The service from Masons was exceptional. Everyone in their team was helpful, polite, attentive and professional. My two children and I moved to a three storey house and the amount of furniture and other items was significant. Everything was handled with care, they disassembled and reassembled wardrobes and beds and all moved without a marks or scratch. The team were brilliant and I cannot recommend Masons highly enough

We have used Masons for our last two moves that included the packing service. I can strongly recommend Mason and would with no hesitation use them again. Extremely professional from beginning to end.

A complete all round professional service. We threw everything at them . . changing dates, some to storage some to a different address, eight floors up, complex marble table dismantling, wafer thin 80in tv screens off the walls and wrapped . . you name it . . they dealt with it with aplomb! Well done boys!!

Excellent service and professional experience overall. My belongings had to go into Masons storage depot, everything was wrapped in protective materials and sealed. They packed all pictures and mirrors on walls and even my garden pots and equipment! The removal staff were very helpful and friendly which helped to make the experience stress free. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This was a pack and move over 2 days. The packing was efficient but the labelling of kitchen ware could have been a little better to help me prioritise unpacking. E.g. cutlery is an early essential! The team was great and helpful with the placing of furniture.

Everyone I dealt with at Masons were consummate professionals from first to last contact. They were efficient, polite, diligent and organised. They made a process which can be stressful, as seamless and straightforward as possible. I would certainly recommend them for anyone moving home.

We have used Masons twice and I can't praise them enough. The guys are very professional and friendly and go the extra mile to care for the items they are moving. One of the team we had recently moved us previously and remembered conversations we had had before which was good as have similar interests. We are now using Mason's for storage also and got to say I am impressed with the service the location and security measures.

The removal service by Masons was excellent . Right from the beginning they were helpful and supportive They were flexible and responsive to any changes and always ready to offer solutions Packing was efficient and fast . On arrival at my new home I was faced with a flooded access road but they provided me with the basics that night and managed to get the removal lorry through the next day . The team were cheerful and encouraging . In essence they made the move a pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend them

Masons moved us back in march this year, from the start they went out of their way to help us as we only had three weeks notice to move and i was stressing. Richard, Peter and the whole team helped us with everything always on the end of the phone with good advice and answers to my many questions. The team on the day worked really hard ,moving all our belongings with care and making sure everything was loaded up before moving on to our new home. Masons pricing policy is very fair and clear they provide good quality boxs and wrapping material for your belongings as well. I would recommend Masons as a good reliable trusted company this is the second time i have used them and they wuld be my first choice if needed to move or store anything in the future.

I have used Masons before when relocating from Eire to South Wales and they were great. So they were my preferred "go to" team of people when I recently had to do just a small move of my late Mum's possessions - they did the pick up and multiple drop off's around the location and as I experienced before, they were very considerate and professional in their approach to the task in hand all the way through from my call to Richard in the office to dropping the last item. I have no hesitation in recommending Mason's to anyone who wants an efficient and very customer friendly service when it comes to moving your possessions. We have worked with Masons for over a year moving a very large number of boxes across the UK for our archive. They have been efficient, pleasant and great value. When we reached capacity they were there to assist and safely store boxes temporarily while we prepared room at our facility. All in all a pleasure to deal with. Should we have any more moving requirements we will be sure to contact Masons first.

From start to finish we were really impressed with the service provided by Masons. Every phone call was answered promptly and we had great advice from everyone we spoke to. When Fern came to assess the move she was very helpful and gave us some great tips. As advised we kept in regular contact until we had a firm moving date and we were told what the schedule would be for moving day. The team of three that moved us were just amazing- hard working, careful and friendly and helped everything run smoothly. We contacted the office a few days after our move and the empty packing boxes were collected the same day. We would highly recommend Masons to family and friends for their great service.

This is the fourth time that Masons have helped us move house. Whilst all our experiences to date have been very good this last move was the best. Over the two day move, Having and his team couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. We were kept informed at all times about expected times to arrive on each day, and the time stated was met. Despite changing our minds a few times on location of furniture, nothing was too much trouble. Would happily recommend to all on the service provided by Brett, Richard and the whole Masons team

First time using this company today, they're storing furniture whilst we remodel part of the house. I can only say how impressed we are at the service we received. 2 friendly and informative tradespeople showed up, explained how they'd carry out the work and then got on with it. They worked carefully around our cats, they packed large and small items sensibly, they were cheerful and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no negatives, I highly recommend them.

Moving house within a tight exchange and completion day was stressful. But from the minute Masons contacted me to arrange to come and quote they totally lifted a weight off our shoulders! Masons Moving Group. An excellent service from Day 1. Initial contact was via email and I quickly received a call. I needed some personal belongings removed into storage from Penarth, stored for several months, and then shipped to the Philippines. I was given a very reasonable quotation which I accepted. My cargo was then eventually taken to Heathrow by Masons, and flown to Davao Airport without any problems. The whole process went very smoothly and all staff concerned very friendly and professional. I would certainly use Masons again and am happy to recommend their services.

A brilliant and very efficient service from Masons. We didn't move far but nothing was too much trouble. All our furniture and possessions were packed with care and consideration, and arriving at our new home they were unloaded and placed where we wanted them. I would highly recommend them if you're moving house.

We used Masons for a recent move with full packing service. From the initial survey visit through packing, loading and unloading, everybody we dealt with was friendly, professional and flexible, and the general air of calm and adaptability did a huge amount to reduce the stress of the process. We initially contacted Masons due to a recommendation from a friend, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them myself as well.

This is the second time we have used Masons this year. We sold our house back in May and they collected all of our furniture and non-essential items and put them into crated storage until we could find an unfurnished let or find a house to buy. 6 months later and they have now delivered all of our belongings to our new home. Both of the teams we have dealt with were helpful and accommodating to our needs during the move to storage and back to the new property. I did have concerns about the storage as we had never used long term storage before but I have to say all items had been well protected and packed/covered to protect them whilst stored in the crates and the 5 x crates arrived on the back of the van on delivery day to be opened and unpacked in front of us. More than happy to recommend Masons for both their removal and long term storage solutions. We had a great experience with this company so wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Richard was our main contact following the initial quote and Diane and Lucy at the office were always helpful and accommodating. The 2 x removal teams we have dealt with were professional and took extreme care moving items out of the initial property and into the new one.

Mason's helped move my elderly parents from a house they had lived in for nearly 50 years to a small bungalow, including a period of storage. They couldn't do enough to help, the team were knowledgeable, took lots of care and couldn't do enough to help. Everyone helped from the initial contact to the last delivery. They respected the stress and emotion involved as well as doing everything they could to help. Masons moved us 9 years ago - they were brilliant then, so we asked them again. In December 2023 they moved us from South Wales to Kent. The whole process was very smooth and all the Masons staff involved were polite, efficient and went over and above to do the job with care. Honestly, we cannot recommend them highly enough; a truly outstanding service! Thank you!

Wow what a great company to use, they took all the stress out of moving and even helped pack the final items on the day for us. The team worked really hard and even went without a lunch to get everything sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible. As we arrived at our new home the team had called in reinforcements on route to help unload the mountain of items packed. We went from 3 workers to 8 in the blink of an eye. The team really pulled together and it was a real team effort to get us in and with everything where it should be as well. I paid extra for a wardrobe and bed to be dismantled and reassembled and that was done with ease. I decided to do 1 of the beds myself to save a bit of funds and the guys still helped me which was greatly appreciated. Overall I was really impressed and would definitely recommend Masons to anyone moving in the future.
