From the time that Fern called to assess my move requirements to me waving off Carl and Chris from the doorstep of my new home, the service from Masons has been absolutely superb. During my initial phone call contact with Richard he said "we'll look after you" and by crikey they did. I had a bit of a hiccup when my original Completion Date was changed. A call to the office, and this time spoke to his brother, Brett, who eased my shredded nerves and another date set with no fuss. Carl and Chris arrived on packing day and efficiently went through the house. Two of the nicest guys and their good humoured banter was so much appreciated. Not even the Biblical wind and rain from Storm Whatever the next day (Moving Day), dampened their spirits. A long drive to Lincolnshire was followed by unloading on the Friday. The quality of their packing was revealed to me a day later when I discovered that they had packed my egg stand, complete with half a dozen eggs - none of which were broken or even cracked!! I can't thank Masons enough. Moving house is so stressful but their attention to customer care was second to none. In shopping round for a firm to move me, Masons quote was mid range. I'm so pleased I went with them and I absolutely feel I have received value for money. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

This is the third time I’ve used Masons’s. I have used them previously to pack my house and move and this time I used their packing service and storage before being moved into my new home. They’re always on time, great workers and very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.

The move went very smoothly, without any problems. The firm had to carry out this move in extremely poor weather conditions with torrential rain. Masons undertook a three day move, complicated by access issues at our old house and the distance of the move itself. Excellent service, turned up on time, analysed the workload and got on with it. Throughout they asked what we required and gave advice. Similar again at our new address. Nothing seemed to be a problem.

We used Masons to move us from Cardiff to west London in 2021 and when we needed to move a short distance into central London, we decided not to use a local London firm but stick with what we knew. We made the right decision, both in the price and with the quality of the movers. Adam and Craig were brilliant. They moved our baby grand piano with great care and even offered to move things round for us in the new house, in case we’d decided to have them in different rooms to where they’d delivered them. We moved into the new house before the builders had finished and they didn’t flinch at this. We were really happy to use Masons again and bring a little bit of South Wales to London :)

Another great service delivered by Masons. This time for removal to storage. Whenever I had a query they were always very helpful from their office staff to the staff at the depot. We used them last year for a home removal service and they were efficient, professional and courteous on both occasions. Highly recommend this removal firm.

Masons recently moved us from Cardiff to a three storey house in Barry. The team were professional and cheerful throughout the long day, and met any minor set-backs calmly. They made a potentially stressful day do-able, and we are very grateful for all they did for us. The office back-up was great too, with good communication and we really appreciated having the packing materials delivered well in advance, right through to collecting our wardrobe and packing boxes after the move. From our first contract with Masons Removals to the time that they unpacked and left us the service was excellent, friendly and very professional. For the actual removal the men came on time, were extremely friendly and helpful. This was the least stressful removal that we have done.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the moving team that Masons sent out to move my mum Margaret from Barry to Pontcanna this morning. They were absolutely brilliant. Patient, calm, well-organised and they helped my mum through the whole process with a kindness and consideration that went beyond. They even got her a bunch of flowers which made her feel wonderful and at ease about the whole overwhelming process. What could have been a really stressful move was handled exceptionally. We moved to Scotland from Cardiff and weren’t able to tie up the dates so had to get Mason’s to provide storage as well as moving us up two weeks later. I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service, and I’m very hard to impress! At every point, the staff were helpful, reassuring, happy in their jobs and great ambassadors for Mason’s. Masons were recommended to us by a neighbour so we went with them without hesitation. From the first survey with Fern where I was reassured that they could do anything I needed them to do to get our things moved, to waving goodbye to them from our new house, the service Masons provided was top notch. They provided ample packing boxes and materials in plenty of time, checked in with me on a regular basis to see how I was getting on, repeated the survey a week before moving day to see if arrangements have changed, and said those magic words as soon as the packing team arrived ‘we are here to make this as stress free as possible’ which they did. Gareth, D and the team worked quickly and efficiently, needing so little input from me that I spent much of the main packing day (day before the move) sitting down and relaxing! While we had packed most of the house up, there was still a garage to clear and a few things to pack, as well as furniture to move, all of which was done by the tram seamlessly. And then moving into the new house was also a joy because again the team worked tirelessly to reconstruct furniture, get it and the rest of the boxes in the right rooms and ensure that we were happy before leaving. I cannot recommend Masons highly enough.

From the quote to booking and using Masons for our house move, every aspect was excellent. Everyone I spoke to in the office during the booking process were more than helpful. The team who moved us were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and a credit to the company. They came the day before moving day to pack the majority of the house and returned on the morning of the move to finish packing. A very competitive price for the work undertaken. This was a substantial domestic house removal from Penarth (South Wales) to London (Wimbledon). It was carried out over five days (3 for uplift, 2 for delivery). It also involved a secondary delivery of a small fraction of the total furniture to an address in Hampstead. Everything was completed on time to the agreed charge. Each team was helpful and friendly, and at one point helped load a table to be auctioned onto the auctioneer's van. The drivers communicated to us en route so we had a good idea of the time of arrival. All the boxes that we could unpack during the unloading process were removed, but we are still waiting for the removal of the remainder. As far as we can now tell, everything was delivered in good condition and no damage was done to either property. We had understood that they would use two 'medium' vans rather than one bigger one, but it was the bigger one that was used. Medium sized vans would have got closer to the entrance to the house and made unloading easier for the men. We think that it was job excellently done, and we are happy with the result.
