Not the first time I've used movers, from Picfords to a man in a van. Masons are the best I've dealt with and this is the 3rd time I've used them. Careful, responsible, organised and disciplined. Their teams are personable, helpful and a joy to deal with. Thanks to Richard and the team for another job well done. You're always my first choice for removals and storage. My furniture was well packed with protective covers and carefully taken out to the van. The replacement furniture was brought in unwrapped and installed. It all went like clockwork. They were done in no time; so efficient. I know they will look after my furniture while in store, I've stored furniture with them before and it was delivered in excellent condition unlike two previous firms who lost and damaged items requiring lengthy dealings with insurance companies. The paperwork was straight forward and clearly marked for my completion and because it was short notice and over the bank holiday it was picked up from the last point of delivery. So accommodating at a busy time. The office kept me informed of departure and expected arrival times so no stress about what was happening, where they were, or when they would arrive all communicated in a friendly and timely fashion. Top rated by me. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, a quality service. Thank you for your excellent service. We cannot speak more highly of the outstanding service we received from Masons who moved us all the way from Pembrokeshire to East Suffolk. They made what is often a stressful process as stress-free as we could have wished for. The whole process from providing the initial estimate, packing and the removal itself was conducted in a highly professional and friendly manner. Brett in the office was a calming and reassuring influence in the days leading up to the move when we were on tenterhooks as to whether the house purchase would be completed on schedule. Masons moved us from Penarth in the Vale of Glamorgan, in mid-July 2022, via their storage facility as our new property required work done to it in order to make it habitable. The move out was fantastically efficient and handled very professionally indeed, completing on time, what was a rather large job of a big three storey Victorian house. Storage was simple with our stuff being crated up and put into their facility. Invoicing was regular and clearly managed. Upon requesting delivery of our stuff to our new home, Masons were flexible in agreeing a date and sensible in approaching a tricky site. Upon arrival, again all on time, the team were efficient, very amenable to our requests for siting our stuff, even taking some up to our third floor. The team were very professional, friendly and a joy to work with. We couldn't have wished for a better service throughout, Mason's made the whole thing much easier than I could have contemplated. Everything went without a hitch, though I am sure if there had been one they'd have addressed it quickly. All the staff have been so good to deal with from management to removers. I have no hesitation in recommending Masons to anybody anticipating a move.

2 day removal for a 5 bed house, chose the full pack service (fully recommend this). From start to finish it was seamless. They did everything for me, gave some sound advice on dismantling a few things to help me out, really cannot recommend enough. Day of moving was stress free my end, bar few complications with late key hand over due to house moving into were not prepared at all (should have used this firm!) they were patient, and got it all done in a very short timescale. Really cannot fault any part of the move. It's awful moving house, and I will say that Masons made it easy… second time using them, would never use anyone else. I could not have done it without them. Friendly, amazing customer service from a family run firm, nothing was too much for them.

Masons have been helping my organisation move a very large number of archive boxes. They have been superb. Tremendous value, communication and service. We are very pleased with the excellent job Masons has carried out.

My first impression was excellent. I was unsure of what service I needed however I was taken through the options and given great advice over the phone, even though at this point I had not decided which removal company to use. The house survey was very professional and reassuring. They took their time to understand what I wanted and offered lots of advice and options. The quotation arrived when agreed and covered all three of the options I was considering. It was clearly laid out and broke down the costs so I could understand the charges. On the day of the move the team arrived on time and were very professional. Taking great care with the house and the contents. They were polite and very helpful. They packed the house contents perfectly into the shipping containers ready for storage. I am reassured that my belongs are in safe storage now, ready for the next move. What made me choose this company was the reassurance I felt in the early stages that they were going to be a ‘safe pair hands’ to handle my whole house contents.

I have nothing but praise for the service I received from Masons. Richard was so helpful pre move day dealing with my calls on an almost daily basis whilst we dealt with uncertainty. Team arrived on time on move day and were so friendly whilst working efficiently together. Nothing was a problem for them even when my wardrobes couldn’t be removed via the front door and had to go over the back fence! I have to say how impressed I was by both the professionalism and efficiency of the crew who not only cleared my property but then came together with another crew to move us into our new home. No job was too much and everyone worked efficiently and diligently despite the complexity of the move. The work ethic and can do attitude of Mason’s staff really did shine through. After our house was rendered uninhabitable by a lightning strike we needed to move everything out of the house to allow builders to repair the extensive damage. Over 3 days Mason's Movers helped pack and organized a double move, taking some of our belongings and furniture to a much smaller house and the rest into storage. They are brilliant packers and when we hit problems like the settee being too big for the temporary house but they took it in with the rest of our stuff in their depot. A week later we had too much stuff in the new house and they were only too happy for us to drop off a couple of big boxes to be added to the container. Very nice people, who made us feel well looked after.

From the initial enquiry for a quote to providing the service the whole experience of dealing with Masons was exceptional. The team who completed the move were professional, courteous and very hard working, always helpful with no job however complicated becoming an issue, just simply getting the job done with a minimum of fuss. As importantly, the movement of all the furniture was completed to the highest standards, can honestly say not one scratch or mark on any item, everything packaged and wrapped for total protection and peace of mind.

We recently moved house from Cardiff to West Sussex and having obtained quotes from four companies chose Masons as the company to move us. We were really happy with the service we received. Fern, who came to quote, gave us confidence that they would look after our belongings and planned a logical time frame for the move. Our moving date was ‘two weeks away’ for months, with contracts taking longer than expected to exchange, but Richard held faith that it would happen for us in the end, and although needing four days in total for packing and moving, managed to book us in for our preferred dates. We originally planned to do most of the packing ourselves, but following an injury my husband was unable to lift, so Masons did all the packing for us and if I was ever moving again I would always want this service -worth every penny! The team who came to pack were efficient and friendly and the guys who did the long drive and then unloaded over two days were amazing. They worked so hard yet remained upbeat and positive throughout. Only when your belongings are moved across the country do you realise how much stuff you have, but they took great care of everything (including plants) and thanks to that there were no losses nor significant damages. We have no hesitation in highly recommending their very friendly and professional service.

We engaged Masons for a complex domestic move from a holiday home in Wales to split locations in the West Country and Kent The move should have been stressful and error prone given the split of locations and the degree and variety of high value items From the first call to the last lorry departing they were professional, punctual, calm, organised, accurate and remarkably good fun. Can’t praise the quality and personality of their on site team enough. The overall service was of high quality We would not hesitate to use again and recommend without hesitation

We moved from Cardiff to Northern Ireland and engaged Masons to do the move. Price was good and in spite of us turning out to have a LOT more stuff than we realized, everything ran on time and to plan thanks to the team's hard work. Additional movers were sent to help with the packing up when things started to fall behind and everyone was professional and good company throughout the process. Packing up was completed on schedule, including disassembling a lot of furniture. Delivery was as expected and handled swiftly through a lot of hard work, and a second delivery arrived as expected a few days later. Would use again.

Most impressed with the efficiency of the team. They were courteous, friendly and packed quickly, effectively and took care in labelling the boxes so that the contents would be easy to place in the appropriate room in the new house. They were also punctual and worked professionally having set out the basics regarding timings, toilet facilities and tea and coffee requirements. Altogether made a stressful situation much easier for those of us in our 70's.

We have used Masons before and came back to them because we have always been reliable. From our first enquiry to the day of the move things went smoothly. The removal men were most helpful and pleasant. Our furniture has gone into store and we look forward to it been delivered when we are ready.

From first contact through to end of move Masons were always easy to deal with. Initial questions were clear and concise getting completion done quickly. The removers on both the day we moved out and then into our new home were excellent. Getting on with the job in hand always polite and respectful of our property and belongings. Fragile items (e.g. TVs) were well covered with protective wrap. Highly recommended for both Service and cost. Will definitely be using them again when we have our property refurbished and need to move out while work is underway.

From initial enquiry until final invoice the Masons team have been professional, helpful and friendly. We did a video link walk in our old home as live at a distance. Easy to do - and we got our quote the next day for removal, packing and storage of excess items. At every stage the team gave quick and clear feedback to enable us to decide what we needed, especially as we only had three weeks notice of moving. Throughout the 3 days pack-up Gavin, Carl and Justin were on-time, super efficient, courteous and friendly and I felt very confident of the care they gave our items. They worked in a tidy and structured manner, and had a combination of common-sense and ingenuity for solving any challenges faced. On arrival to our new place the unpack was equally well handled and all items that had been disassembled were reassembled with no issues. The whole move was smooth, efficient and despite the rain all done with good humour. Highly recommend - have no hesitation in using again - thank you so much.

Mason's of Barry undertook a removal requiring collection from three floors and a full packing service. Some furniture required dismantling and reassembly. The crew were friendly and efficient, clean and thoughtful. Everything required was done exactly as requested, on time. Everything arrived safely, and in the same condition it was collected. From start to finish, I would not fault them. I do not hesitate to recommend them, and would definitely use them again.

Masons helped move some items of furniture for me, including a valuable dresser, from one storage facility to another plus picking up and dropping off at two other locations. They were very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They were pleasant and positive throughout.

These guys are truly amazing! I used the packing service and it was very smooth and made the process of moving much less stressful. My original movers (Steve and Justin) were great - friendly, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately I ended up not getting keys to my new home on the day and Masons were brilliant. They kept my possessions safe in the vans for the weekend and then sent out 6 guys on the Monday to get me moved in as quickly as possible. These guys went above and beyond - even carrying my bike shed over their heads to get it in position! Thank you Masons, I’ve already been recommending you to everyone I know!

I cannot thank the Masons crew enough for their help, expertise and patience in organising me through a chaotic and difficult day. A delay at my destination resulted in a late finish, but again their speed and efficiency put me safely in my new home by days end. So glad I chose Masons and would definitely recommend them.
