We received our completion date at short notice and I called a few companies and also family but Mason's fit our needs. Paul came out for a look around to see what needed moving, agreed on price and job was set. The next morning Simon and another guy showed up and the move began. Throughout the whole morning, they were very quick, professional and such a pleasure to deal with. They were also both very patient and understanding. As our contract exchange, completion and move was all happening on the same day it was very hectic but we got it all sorted thanks to Masons.

After 35 years in the same smallholding, we had amassed a ton of Stuff. Masons moved us 120 miles with good humour and great professionalism. The lads packed and wrapped every last item as though they were priceless. Faultless indeed.

We have three times used Masons Moving Group for furniture removal and also once for long-term storage. Removals staff were friendly courteous and professional, treating our property with great care. Fragile items such as televisions were well packaged by staff before removal even though we did not pay an additional sum for a packing service. Both removals were undertaken without any damage either to the home ( despite difficult upstairs access on one occasion) or to the furniture /goods being moved. Our property was in storage for a lengthy time ( about 12 months) and was found to be in excellent condition when it was eventually removed from storage . We would not hesitate to use Masons Moving Group again or to recommend this firm to others.

After what was thought to be an impossible sofa to move into our new home, Masons tried again with a new look at it all, and it worked. Excellent job.

From the outset of calling Masons for a quote to saying Goodbye to the teams at the end it was absolutely seamless. Fern came to the house to assess what needed to be moved to quote. The quote was very good for my beloved goods. I had lived in my house for twenty six years and was downsizing only a mile away. I had a few questions and spoke to Diane, Richard, Brett and Peter who all reassured me along the way. I had a packing package and Simon did an amazing job in packing my many collections. He packed them as though they were his own items - super. He was joined by other colleagues to finish ready for the move on the eleventh. They teams arrived promptly. They were respectful in my home and in handling my boxes but most of all they were so pleasant and helpful all the way. On arriving at my new home once again we had great teams and again they couldn't have been more helpful. On a final note it is always said that moving house is just about one of the most stressful things you can do in your life but The Masons Team did everything possible to actually make this a pleasant one. They also came back and collected the empty boxes. Thank you all so very much.

We hired Masons for our recent house move and start to finish they were professional, quick and went above our expectations. When we move again, we will definitely be using them!

We had a water leak which meant that we had to put into storage the Dining Room and Breakfast Room Furniture whilst the remedial works took place. The packing crew were great and took care in both the packing and the furniture moving. Everything that was being stored was listed. When the day came to bring the furniture out of storage a crew of four turned up and nothing was too much trouble for them and they did things swiftly and carefully. I would happily recommend Masons Moving Group to anyone.

We used Masons to move furniture from Wales to Australia in 2015. We used Masons again in 2022 and are the only removalist we trust. Exceptional, professional and friendly service from initial phone call to when the boxes were collected. No issues, no fuss, no stress.

Masons moved our entire household of furniture and items from our storage unit to our new house. The service was punctual, friendly and efficient. We found the movers to be careful and considerate during our move and have already recommended their service to friends of ours.

We were downsizing, leaving so much in the old house (lots of ‘we are taking this, but leaving this’) and also our completion date of purchase was unsure. In the end, on the day of the move Masons took all our contents into storage instead of our new apartment and then 5 days later managed to squeeze us in their very busy pre-Christmas schedule to move in. Masons were constantly helpful, flexible, kind, efficient and very aware of our circumstances. The office staff were fabulous, the removal men were fabulous and very reassuring. Masons moved us almost 29 years ago and they were fantastic so we thought we would use them again. The quote was very reasonable for what we wanted, which included a part load to our daughter in England and china and glass packing. A team arrived the day before our move and very carefully packed the fragile items. They then decided to load a van and take it away overnight to get a head start on move day. This was a great idea. The team arrived promptly on move day to finish packing up the house and the garden. There were a lot of boxes as we were moving from a 5 bedroomed house but there wasn't a single grumble that some boxes were clearly very heavy. On the contrary, the team worked with great humour. They arrived on time at our new home (approx 35 miles away) and unloaded the van with the same humour and efficiency, checking with us that we were happy before they left. They even placed our garden furniture exactly where we wanted it rather than just unloading it. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Masons. From our first enquiry until them leaving us at our new home they provided an exceptional level of service and made the day as stress-free as possible. Absolutely first class!!

I have nothing but praise for this company. They were supportive when the first 2 house sales fell through and worked with me as exchange did not happen till the day the contracts completed. The team that came to do the actual removal were excellent. Very friendly, very professional. Checked everything was taken from the first property and nothing left behind and then placed everything in the new property where we requested, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Masons brought a sense of calm, organisation, efficiency and fun to what had been a stressful house move. The quotation was friendly, quick and value for money and the office staff were very accommodating with planning. On the move day my husband and I were so pleased with the prompt and courteous staff who took control, but still always had time to listen to our questions and concerns. By far the best removal company I have dealt with. Professional, efficient and super helpful. I am unable to find any fault whatsoever. Very competent pre-move survey carried out in person, answered all my questions and gave me confidence in my choice of remover. Some other companies simply asked for a list of contents to be provided which left me anticipating problem on the day and potentially, a price rise. They were very helpful too trying to organise the moving date which was not easy given my new house was not ready. Much appreciated. On the day, Mason’s arrived on time, all in a fabulous mood - cheerful, eager, positive, and so polite and helpful I was actually taken aback. Their attitude never flagged once, not even as they drove away. My contents had to go into storage for a week and the same service was provided when they came out of storage. Massive thanks to Gareth, Steve (x2) and Dean - you totally took away all my stress from the moment you arrived. I can honestly say I enjoyed the whole experience. 🙂 I strongly recommend this company. Only very slightly more expensive than other removers but well worth it for the service provided. You get what you pay for. Simply outstanding!

From the outset Masons we’re so helpful in sorting out my move. It was (to me) a complicated move requiring a drop off and then storage followed by a later final delivery. But they just took everything in their stride. Not the cheapest company but the service they offered combined with their help and outstanding performance in its execution made them the most desirable company for me. When they arrived this level of professionalism continued. The two removals men were friendly, knowledgeable of their trade and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they took absolute care of my possessions especially items I marked as fragile or important. The speed at which they worked was amazing. And the first part of my move turned out to be as stress less as I could imagine. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I would definitely use them again should the need arise.
