Employed Masons to pack all my belongings and to move me. Packing was done with great care, nothing damaged or broken. The men that did the move were polite and efficient. Would use them again if I moved again.

We contacted Masons after being let down by our original mover. As we had a degree of flexibility with the date move, Masons worked to our schedule. The movers turned up on time, were extremely polite, quick and took very great care of our belongings. We were relieved they arrived wearing masks. We had only large items remaining and these were all moved and loaded within 35 mins. They moved heavy items in an extremely efficient way giving us confidence that our items would not be damaged. The paperwork and electronic communications was simple, easy to complete and was efficient. We would highly recommend Masons and would use them if we moved again. Thank you so much.

Carl’s team arrived bang on schedule, and were straight to work by 9am. They handled all our processions with great care & managed to have our admittedly over-loaded house packed up by noon. They made our move infinitely easier than if we were to do it ourselves - even during a national lockdown. Friendly lads who had some great banter; our move couldn’t have gone smoother. 10 out of 10 to that team!

Masons had moved our furniture into store in October and this was the final leg, moving us into our new property in England. They arrived on time and were very professional again. They were quite happy to move things to wherever we wanted and did not make us feel rushed. Carl was in charge again and they were all very friendly and polite. Despite the several weeks in storage, all our belongings were in good condition. We would definitely recommend this firm.

Having not moved for 35 years and never previously used a professional company I did not know what to expect. However throughout the whole process which involved moving out of one house, storing my furniture and then moving into a new property Masons acted very professionally throughout and made the entire exercise stress-free and I would have no reservations in recommending them to friends and family.

This is the 2nd time that I have used Mason's and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. They turn up at the time agreed and are very professional and friendly. The first time it was pouring with rain and they laid down covers to protect the carpets and also packed up valuable items like pictures and the TV. A great company with great staff. I chose this company to pack and move me because I was impressed with Warren, who did the estimate, and his professional approach to the task. I was in regular contact with the office as the day for completion kept changing and they were very kind and patient with me. I was very anxious about the move as I was downsizing and needed to know that everything would fit on the van. When the team arrived to carry out the move I was not disappointed. They were very friendly and patient. I appreciated the way they checked things out with me. The move went very well. No breakages and everything in position. I have no hesitation in recommending them. They were excellent from start to finish.

They sent us loads of boxes to pack our stuff a few weeks before. Everything done quickly and without fuss, we had a 3 bed moving to a 4 bed, the 4 guys came at 0930h and everything was cleared by 1200h. They packed all the wall pictures and the TVs at super speed and with all their own materials Arriving at our new place we had new carpets down but these were all well protected. Overall we're really pleased and great value too.

I sold up in May and had to put all of my belongings into storage for 6 months, which I wasn’t expecting to have to do. The packing up of the house was great, done in the given time and the two men were very good, very helpful and hard-working. The same is to be said about the move into my new home. I’m very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them as well-priced and very efficient at what they do.

Masons were absolutely fantastic in helping us to move! People say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you will do in your life. However, Masons really took the stress out of it! We moved on a Friday. Masons came to our house on the Thursday and packed everything up for us before returning on the Friday to move the boxes from one house to the other. They packed the whole house in a matter of hours on the Thursday; they were incredibly quick and very professional. All boxes were labelled with their contents so we knew exactly where everything was when it came to unpacking. On the Friday, they were waiting for us at the new house, ready to unload. However they gave us time so we could go into our new house and walk around to take it all in before they began unloading. This was a very nice touch! They really were great and I can’t recommend them enough!! I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again!

Masons moved me from Wiltshire to Barry, South Wales, with a fortnight in between, due to lockdown restrictions, of storage needed for my goods. Both the collection and drop off, into my new 4th floor flat (with out lift!) were carried out efficiently, quickly, politely and without any damage. The same driver Gavin was responsible for both ends of the move, in spite of the gap for storage. He, and his team, communicated well and worked incredibly hard. The uplift, with a team of 2, took only 3.5 hours (4 bedroom house) and the drop-off, (team of 4, to a 4/5 floor flat, without lift) took 4 hours. All in all a truly professional and very reasonably priced move. - I've moved 9 times in my life. I would not hesitate to recommend Masons., their communication, from initial contact through to completion and their work is, simply, excellent. Nick Short.

This is the second time we’ve trusted Masons with a house move and they were excellent once again. From the initial contact and quote visit through to the last box off the van, Masons were professional, punctual, incredibly hard working and took great care with some awkward and valuable items. We highly recommend their packing service. At one point they had 8 people in the house carefully wrapping and boxing the contents, each one polite, friendly and very good at their job. Everything was packed up in a day and so well protected that we’ve had zero breakages - that’s impressive. Unloading was just as remarkable. Carl and Chris deserve particular praise - and a pay raise. Because of their planning, communication and hard work the whole contents of a very full removals van was offloaded safely to the correct rooms by 2pm on delivery day. Masons may not have been the cheapest quote but their highest quality service is worth every penny. Recommended without hesitation. Thanks again.

Recommended highly by our daughter who moved three months before us so my expectations were very high. From the time of assessment to see what was needed and cost to the time they arrived, delayed because of Corvid Virus. The team arrived on the day of removal prompt very professional, friendly, They worked tirelessly I thought there were twelve men but there were six, helpful and friendly went way beyond what we expected. Brilliant when we arrived a new home they unloaded everything to where we wanted. Cannot praise the team enough and the firm should be very proud of their work force. We spoke to several removal companies and settled on Masons because of their positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach to our position. Great service from the beginning with plenty of boxes available for pre-move self packing, then came the day... the crew turned up on time and blitzed the job, clearing everything more than an hour before estimated time. So, we were off to our new home, with the crew arriving on schedule to decant into the house, the garage and the garden, and the family unpacking and stashing away. Most boxes and wrapping went back on the truck and we’re able to donate the rest to others locally who needed them. Great, friendly and efficient service from Masons.

Masons provided an excellent service for our move from Llantwit Major to Monmouth. A full packing service was carried out including a pickup from storage. The crew were both experienced and professional in their work. Everything arrived at our destination and was unloaded with a minimum of fuss, I would definitely recommend Masons for any move.

Moving from my former home at a somewhat age disadvantage, Masons made the whole experience as stress-free experience as possible. Everyone involved concentrated on making the move as easy as possible for me and certainly took the whole manoeuvre in their stride. Highly recommend.

The Masons company should be very proud of their staff. From the first contact to our completed move they were very professional and caring. The plans to move were very complicated resulting in a very late completion date but Masons were still able to allocate time for us. The packing was done very well everything arrived here in good order. The removal team could not have been more helpful and patient with our requests and rebuilt shelving, cots, beds etc. The quote we had for our 3 day move was very good considering how many staff were involved. I can’t recommend them highly enough, moving can be very stressful but Masons took the strain for us and we are very grateful!
