First class service from providing an accurate initial quote, flexibility in changing circumstances through to polite and accommodating managers and staff. Moving is a stressful time but Masons were a key ingredient in making it a success, were great value for money and I commend them completely.

We chose Masons to move us from South Wales to Shropshire, and they were a good choice. The guys were friendly, polite, and did an efficient job.

Fast efficient service. Packaged kitchen and breakables on Day 1 everything dismantled and boxed then arrived the following day all items unpacked placed in correct rooms. Great pleasant staff made the days easy to deal with nothing but praise for the team. Very impressed with the way they dealt with the piano and pictures.

Masons provided the most reasonable quote for moving from Newtown to Cardiff. The move went well, packing and hauling to storage taking two days followed by move from storage to new home a fortnight later. All employees were helpful and careful. On reporting missing components of an exercise bike the company checked their vehicles and premises and offered full recompense for the missing items. A good reputable company.

This is the second time I have used Masons and they did not disappoint. From the first phone call to make arrangements until the day of moving the service was first class. Very polite and efficient during our phone conversations and home visit. The day of the move could not have been smoother. The four removal men involved could not have been more helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived in Barry from Bristol and they were on the go again straight away. They put together all my beds and furniture without any problems. I recommend Masons 100%

A reasonable service just two small let downs. Late arrival to start the removal and not enough room on the lorry to fit everything, luckily I managed to squeeze the rest into my car.

We used Masons on our recent move from Belgium back to UK. From the initial communications they were extremely helpful and ensured our timelines were met. The two guys who packed our house were super efficient, carefully with our belongings and extremely courteous to us. We received our belongings with a different team but they were as good as the first team, working hard to unpack the truck into our home exactly as we wanted it ensuring there was not one bit of damage. An excellent customer service and all the guys were super friendly throughout. Extremely good service from all and I would highly recommend Masons.

In September I moved from Barry to Leighton Buzzard. I contacted Brett Mason to arrange the move. The whole move was problem free and was very impressed with the team that I used. Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived when when they said they would and everything worked out well.

Through and precise quotation with understanding of my needs. Boxes provided in good time. On the day there was a team of movers who had my detached house loaded into the lorry in good time. The unpacking was completed equally efficiently and my beds and wardrobes reassembled. Took the stress out of a long day.

Very efficient. Turned up the day before to start packing. Move went smoothly and items were protected as it was raining. Loaded and unloaded efficiently. Very pleased and would highly recommend the packing and moving it was so worth the extra cost for them to do the packing.

Having previously used Masons for local removals, we naturally chose them again for our overseas relocation. Our move was scheduled over several days we received a written relocation plan, which proved invaluable and all the masons staff involved worked hard to ensure there were no problems. We were delighted once again with the service we got

Masons packed and moved us and the people we were buying from (it was a property exchange). They were efficient, helpful and cheery. They made the whole thing as easy as possible. We used them when we moved last 26 years ago and would use them again if we need removers.

To everyone concerned with our house move, we would like to say a big thank you. July the 3rd was a hot, hot day when the guys came to pack up our house. They worked like Trojans on a hot, uncomfortable day. Their work was thorough and continuous despite the heat. July the 4th was the day we moved and once again a hot day. Still the guys worked hard and with great courtesy and were obliging and helpful in every way. The days following were spent unpacking the many boxes. Every delicate item was wrapped and packed to within an inch of their lives. We had no breakages or damages of any item. We are absolutely delighted with the way our move was handled...both with regard to our possessions... and the courtesy and helpfulness shown to us during the process. We don't envisage ever moving again... but would recommend you to anyone else, in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, one more time.

We first hired Masons in 1989 to move us from Surrey to Cardiff. They were excellent then so they were an obvious choice when we moved within Dinas Powys. Their high standard of work, efficiency and respect for our belongings remained the same. On both occasions the move went according to plan and with the minimum of stress. They are highly experienced.

Masons emailed me recently asking for reviews. We had some issues with our move, nothing that was worth complaining about when we were dealing with unpacking etc. Instead of leaving a public complaint, I chose to reply to the email laying out why we weren't very happy. This got no response at all, so I have decided to go public. * Our packing service was unsatisfactory, some things weren't packed properly or sensibly, but actually passive-aggressively, e.g. each individual item of cutlery packed with many layers, but stacks of plates wrapped in a single sheet. * Unloading was poorly arranged which meant the unloading team needed to call in reinforcements at the end of the day which caused disruption and led to inconvenience. Neither of these things were important enough to complain about at the time, but when they asked for feedback I gave it and they didn't bother to respond.

Masons provided an outstanding service and a good price. The office staff were courteous and helpful, and the friendly removal staff did an excellent job. One of the removal men even retrieved a chair from the van when he noticed that my mum was getting tired! I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Work involved two separate collections to four different locations. As well as general household furniture and contents the job involved the collection and delivery of two heavy and delicate works of art. All work undertaken in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner. Company is highly recommended.

Hi, unfortunately our move did not happen but Masons guy’s were very helpful during what was a very stressful time as we did get to storing our goods then our sale fell apart, we would only ever consider using Masons as we have on previous moves and will do if we should consider moving in the near future. A very good company to do business with. Very thorough in every aspect of the work they undertake for you. From the pre visit to assist and identify what would be entailed to the great team of guys that arrived on the Day. Very professional, thoughtful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble with great care taken to not damage anything and protect every item by wrapping with cardboard. Having been very happy with the service we received on previous occasions I phoned to see if Masons could move us due to the distance we lived from their base and the fact that we possibly required a 6 way move due to ever changing completion dates. Due to distance, they arranged for a company in the group to do the inventory the following day. Within a few days I received all of the quotes by email and post. A courtesy phone call followed to check the details were correct. I was also given the dates that were available for the 3 day move at that point in time. A date was agreed and there were regular calls / emails to check that there were no changes. On removal day the men arrived on time and immediately set to work. They were friendly, professional in their work ethic and despite the extreme heat worked quickly and efficiently. The second van arrived at the designated time and they all worked as a well meshed team. On the 2nd day they again arrived promptly and completed the packing within the agreed time frame. Our possessions went into store and when I had a definite completion date the Mason brothers were extremely helpful in ensuring that the last part of the move was scheduled as close to completion as possible. Dealing with Masons, from initial enquiry through to final removal, was a real pleasure and I would like to thank everyone for all of their help. We have used Masons twice in the last few years to move home and store goods - as have other family members. The service they have provided has been second to none. Masons offered the best price for our move from Wales to Scotland - and we liked using a local company for the job. Their packing service was excellent, as was the efficiency of getting the contents of our house, garage and sheds into the storage units in the van. Our belongings were in storage in Barry until we were able to move into our new house. It was straightforward to arrange for the move from storage to our new house; on the day agreed, the truck arrived first thing in the morning and the unloading was completed just after lunch. The packing and unpacking team were very professional, friendly and helpful and communication with the Masons office was easy and responsive. My contents had to be taken into storage at short notice. This was easily arranged and carried out by the date I needed. My goods were in storage for almost 5 months and paying for storage was easy and efficient. When I needed them delivered they arrived with no damage. On both occasions the men were polite, helpful and cheerful. This is the second move Masons have done for me and didn’t disappoint. Would thoroughly recommend.
