Samsung found fault with my washing machine an error code on my washer door master fix came to fix it they said nothing wrong with door then they blamed fault on a plug then I was told I need to pay for a wiring harness and motherboard no my washing machine is under warranty do not let this company fix your products money making racket and very rude reception staff

Having contacted the above company for a Samsung cooker repair, they attended and diagnosed the fault, this service cost 99 pound, they returned 3/4 weeks later and “ fixed the fault “ another 48 pound, within an hour of the engineer leaving the fault returned, called the company to be met with rude staff but would re-send an engineer, engineer attend and said oh yeah the cooker is meant to do that? (It isn’t I have asked Samsung) This was the same engineer that originally diagnosed the fault also. He wouldn’t leave the property until I had agreed to say I was happy and he could close the case down. The cooker still will not work correctly after nearly 150 pound later and customer service manager … I use that term lightly ….. was very unhelpful and rude. My advice is to avoid this company or you will lose money and still have a faulty appliance and be met with rude staff when you try to get them to come back.

This is misleading, the appliance cover was not even removed to diagnose the problem! Various parts added to the list for the repair, quoted over £600 for a washing machine that cost £350 5 years ago. Really just seems like a racket to make £99 for doing pretty nothing other than turning up. Expected more in finding this trader on Which.
