We had Stephen and his team replace our full house windows and doors. From start to finish it was a highly efficient and professional service. The team arrived when they said they would, did a full day's work and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. There was no hard sell when we were obtaining quotes, just a honest nothing hidden figure with no pressure. We are very happy with the look of the windows and doors and it is making a positive difference already, actually looking forward to see how they perform in winter! Will definitely recommend Max Glass to friends and family.

Initial consultation, survey and quote with Michelle and Stephen were efficient. Installation was certainly not! Receiving a phone call in the afternoon asking if they could install the following morning was not enough notice. They were to replace one window and repair parts of another. The person who carried out the work was surly at best. When I pointed out that the bottom beading on the window had come away, leaving a gap and was sitting proud, "It's your windowsill, we can only work with what we find." ( I offered to get the spirit level out at this point as it was level). I then suggested weighing it down to get it to sit flat, to which he said " It's up to you!". I did, and it worked. They clearly couldn't be bothered getting it to sit flush. On top of this, they left my garage wall, window, floor outside and garden chair covered in plaster, the bedroom floor had dirty marks on, the beading was all scratched too as if it had been used before. I sent photos of this and spoke with Michelle about the complaint and the guys were sent back to rectify the issues. Once again, the attitude of the one who spoke with me was unpleasant. When I mentioned how previous reviews had commented on the clean, friendly and professional approach and the vastly different experience I had, he retorted, "We have hundreds of satisfied customers, clearly you are not one of them." Needless to say, I absolutely would not recommend this company.

I recently had Max Glass to replace all my windows with UPVC double glazing, replacing a sliding patio door and replacing a front door with a composite one. The service was very professional and friendly from the first meeting with Michelle to discuss my requirements to the fitting of the windows and doors. Stephen was very prompt in answering my various questions and the installation was carried out very quickly after I placed the order. The fitters were very efficient and tidy. All in all Max Glass provide what they promise at a competitive price in a professional and friendly manner without the sales pressure you hear about from some national companies.

Max Glass offer an exceptional service. We wanted some unusual shaped glazing to fit a gable above existing patio doors ( previously fitted by Max Glass). When Steve came to measure up he suggested options for design in conjunction with the existing doors. Gave a very competitive price the next day and arranged a date for the work. The team who fitted the windows were polite professional and extremely thorough. I mean it as a compliment when I say they took as long with the finishing touches as they did actually putting the windows in. I thought I was a bit picky but their attention to detail is amazing. The job was absolutely faultless and looks superb.

We have used Max Glass twice. Last summer they replaced existing french doors and turned an ordinary window into french doors. This summer they replaced all our windows, including replacing one with french doors and a Juliet balcony. Price competitive and excellent value. Their work is excellent; they turn up at the time stated; they are all so hard working and friendly; and they clean up after themselves to the extent that you wouldn’t know they had been. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used Max Glass twice firstly in 2018 for full house windows, front and back door then again in 2019 for two doors(different house). On both occasions we found the company a pleasure to deal with before and during the installation. The lads that did the fitting were really polite, efficient and tidied up after themselves. Great competitive price! Would definitely recommend the company to anyone!
