After being let down twice by Vaillant's own engineers, leaving us without hot water for two weeks, (in late October) following a friends recommendation I called Max who identified the likely cause of the problem over the phone. I ordered the Vaillant part from Screwfix which arrived next day. Max arrived punctually as promised and half an hour later we had hot water again with the whole system checked over and performing perfectly. He knows what he is doing. Great value, no inflated call out charges and he left where is was working spotlessly clean.

Max removed our old boiler from a kitchen cupboard and the old water tank and then installed a new combi boiler where the water tank was originally together with installing some new radiators and thermostats. The result was that we freed up space and gained a new airing cupboard which was Max's idea.

Our boiler broke when we had snow back in December, leaving us with no hot water or heating. I contacted Max and he did his best to get here despite many roads being closed and the weather being awful. Max was professional, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. Our heating and hot water was back on the same day.

I have had many plumbing jobs done by Max from a new boiler to radiators being moved and replaced . He is a very polite ,clean & reliable plumber . No job seems to faze him . I have already got him lined up to refit our ensuite bathroom
