Was looking for some granite for my newly refurbed kitchen I got a recommendation from a friend and what a recommendation! From the initial consultation to the templating, all the way through to the fitting everything was so seamless! And these guys actually care about the small details. I have a few extras like a pop-up socket in my island and recessed drainer grooves for my sink and everything was cut and put together to perfection. Highly recommend these boys know what they doing!

My second large renovation and I so like to do my research to find the best option. I short-listed and contacted several companies based on price and feedback. In the end, I selected Mayfair workshops due to feedback but in particular, the almost 'hands-on' approach they took (it was Michael for me) . I'm always concerned the support will disappear once you have placed the order, but that was not the case here. Michael was as responsive after we placed the order as he was to be able to push through the sale. If their quartz slab are different from others? I wouldn't know and I doubt it. I can just say I was pleased with my worktop, at a good price. What is more important while you do a renovation project with lots of parallel things - sliding doors, new floor, new steel etc, is that you have someone you can trust. I can only say what I saw, but I was in good hands with Mayfair worktops. The installation team did a great job 1 week after the template. Having said all that, the account/sales person Michael made the difference. I did look at 10+ companies and his quick responses made the difference. I can recommend Mayfair worktops as a result!

This was the second time I have used Mayfair Worktops. As previously I found them to offer a prompt and very professional service. I had a phone call Immediately after they received my letter sent on 14/January with a quote. We agreed a date when the kitchen would be ready for templating (30 January) and Worktop was fitted on 7 February. All employees very professional,polite and on time Excellent Company.and Superb Quality.

After my initial enquiry for quartz worktops I was quickly contacted by the sales team, they went through my enquiry and sent me a quote. They had an excellent knowledge of the product and answered all the questions I had. Once ordered the templating date was set and a very thorough and courteous employee came out and made the template. Samples of all the colours were kept on the van so I could make a final choice with lined up against each other in the room. A week later a two man team arrived to install them and they all fitted and look amazing. I can’t fault the service at all and would not hesitate to recommend them Thank you to all the team

What a great all round experience. The person we met in the showroom was really helpful, giving us plenty of options with no pushy selling tactics and we got to see the actual slab that we reserved in the warehouse. The person who came to template was very knowledgeable and efficient; we had fitted the units ourselves and he politely pointed out the bits that weren't quite level/flush and explained how he could have the quartz cut so it wouldn't be noticeable. The two people who came to fit the quartz were very friendly and did a great job. The back panels of the island popped off during the installation, which is quite a common occurrence due to the weight, and the guys kindly fitted these back on for us. Our island looks amazing, so happy with the quartz and the finish is excellent.

While researching companies to supply and fit a new kitchen worktop, Mayfair was very attentive, always willing to speak about my requirements and run through pricing options. The company I had gone for to supply my new kitchen wanted a lot of money for tiny choice and customisation so I decided to go with Mayfair after talking with their sales team. They understood what I wanted to achieve with my worktop and were happy to help me get the product I wanted. Their price was very competitive, cheaper than the kitchen supplier and with better quartz design choices and finishing options. The person that came to template the worktop was very friendly, and professional. Very careful when working in our half-finished kitchen. The installers were on time, and worked surprisingly quietly, cleanly and efficiently. The finish of the worktop one excellent. It's almost as if they've taken the time to imagine how the finished piece will look before cutting it to shape so that the pattern of the quartz shines on our worktop and splashbacks. We requested a non-standard finish to the edges of one of our splashbacks which they said had to be done by hand. This took them a few extra days but the work was perfect and worth it.

Absolute top notch sevice and product. The only company we have had during renovations that did what they said they would, in the timeframe stated. Lovely bunch of lads and installation so quick and problem-free.

We ordered our kitchen from one of the big national suppliers but were advised by a friend to check out Mayfair for our worktop. We were so glad we did as it was significantly cheaper. We were delighted with every aspect of the process. The person who did the template was thorough and explained everything. He helped us make decisions about some of the features we were considering. The fitting happened only a couple of days later (we had been warned by our kitchen supplier that we might have to wait a couple of weeks). We absolutely love our worktop. Our first time with a quartz top and it is so easy to use and keep clean. The perfect finish for our kitchen.

Mayfair Granite fitted my quartz work tops a year ago and I was pleased then, with the look, fit and company help in getting it fitted quickly and on time. A year on, it is still looking as it did and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend Mayfair Granite to anyone who is wondering what company to go with for their new work tops.

In April 2021 Mayfair Granite installed two pieces of Emerald Green Pearl granite to our kitchen. One piece around the new undermounted sink and the other one adjoining it. Three months later we contacted Mayfair to ask them to send a fitter round regarding an issue we had with the granite. The bar in front of the granite is not parallel and is wider at one end than the other. After repeated phone calls they sent the actual person who templated and fitted the granite. Within seconds of looking at the problem he stated that the granite did not match his template. He actually had a picture on his phone of the original template which showed the bar being 100 mm horizontally across the front of the sink. The bar on our sink measured 104 mm left and 108 mm right. We measured the granite again carefully and realised that the left hand side and bottom edges of the granite were not at right angles i.e. 90 o . We informed Mayfair of this but they argued that we had signed the template off thus agreeing that it was correct but unbeknown to us they admitted they had changed the template. They later stated that they had increased the width of the bar because Emerald Green Pearl is a weaker granite. They also stated that the sink cut was started in the centre of the lower edge. They then said that the problem was due to movement of the CNC machine but was still within their tolerances of 3 mm. We believe the problem relates to the fact that no one recognised that the left hand side of the granite and the bottom of the granite under the sink were not at 90 o . In fact the granite below the sink runs out by 1 mm every 100 mm for the length of the granite which is a metre long beneath the sink. Obviously we are not happy with this and they have not fulfilled their contract. I firmly believe this problem was spotted after the granite was cut but was allowed to go ahead.

The company could not have been more helpful. They did a thorough survey and took measurements and phoned a quote to me almost straight away. They told me not to worry about setting a date as they would work around us and they slotted in easily. The quality was high and the staff were always bright and cheerful. I'm delighted with the results.

Mayfair Granite is one of those companies that makes you wish that more companies could be like them. Always courteous on the phone, never rude or pushy, good response by emails too. The templating site visit was interesting and it was a pleasure having the guy in the house. I think that was on the Monday and I was expecting at least a week to wait but they rang to say they were coming on the Friday. Very impressed and although I wasn’t there for the fitting, they were punctual and efficient, leaving a very tidy job. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

Mayfair Granite would be my first and only choice for stone worktops. It’s a very professional outfit from the the first phone call to the fitting. They’re very competitively priced and whoever you contact have all the knowledge to answer your queries. The whole process was as smooth as could be and the finished article looks stunning, the fitters were extremely accurate, very clean and tidy as well as getting the worktops fitted in no time at all. Following a major kitchen extension, we decided to carry out all of the internal work ourselves, we fitted the whole kitchen, but knew the worktops needed a professional. Mayfair filled us with confidence from first contact with informative salesmen who were leaps and bounds above the competition. Mayfair were flexible and accomodating with their templating appointment and turned up on time with advanced templating equipment which I'm almost certain other companies would not have used. The worktops were produced with a good lead time and fitting was arranged. The fitting team were very polite and courteous and quickly completed the work to a high standard which we have been thrilled with. The worktops are of a high quality which are so easy to keep clean. We'd happily recommend to anyone.

Having received a competitive quote we received nothing but helpful and cheerful service from all of Mayfair staff. They even matched the steel grey granite tops fitted by the housebuilder six years ago. And when the units I had ordered arrived a week early Mayfair pulled out all the stops to accommodate us. Polite, cheerful staff, both on the telephone and fitters. Very quick turnaround and a superb job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone else.
