The company was started back in 1982 by proprietor Mike Christian who has been in the alarm industry just about all of his working life. A family business run by Mike and his son Stephen who together look after all of the surveys, installations and servicing side of the business, Mike's granddaughter Emma has also joined the team. Daughter Amanda and other granddaughter Laura look after office administration.
As a traditional family business we have been trading for over 40 years, fully insured and a member of the Which Trusted Traders Scheme.
Most of our customers are either referrals or repeat business, with a vast customer database of over 6000 customers we cover areas from right here on the Wirral to as far as Lancashire and even Anglesey in North Wales. Over the years the business has expanded and now provides a full range of security services including residential as well as commercial Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV , security lighting and door entry systems and full maintenance and repairs.

MCA have recently installed updated security system. Our previous had been fitted by MCA almost 30 years ago. We already knew what a fantastic company they were so had no hesitation is them installing updated system. Great company with exceptional service and experts in their field. Mike and Steve fitted my CCTV cameras with the minimum of fuss and no mess at all. Two very pleasant men who took pains to explain everything and set it all up so as to minimise any worries we might have had about operating it. They told us to call if any problems and they would be back at the first available time. I was pleasantly surprised to get an internet extender as part of the deal and now it all runs a bit faster and I can do away with a ethernet cable that I had to use when the WIFI was weak upstairs. We would recommend MCA without fear and we don't do that lightly having been let down by other businesses in the past.

I contacted MCA as our Bowling Club in West Kirby needed a new CCTV system. Steve came out very quickly and gave me a price there and then. After another Company coming along, we decided to go with MCA as Mike had gone into what he was going to provide in great detail. We had a date for the installation, but as we had experienced anti-social behaviour on our bowling green over the weekend, I contacted the Company and they came out within two days and installed the new CCTV. Service was spot on and the new system is great. Very clear pictures, tidy workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend this family Company. Thank you Mike and Steve.

We recently had the pleasure of having a new security system fitted by MCA Security Services and would recommend them without hesitation. They are thorough, professional and helpful - understanding our requirements and providing a bespoke solution that worked for us, including security lights, a video doorbell and full alarm system. Mike , Steve and Emma arrived as arranged first thing this morning. Very pleasant and very helpful. They supplied and fitted a complete intruder system, a solar camera, a video doorbell and two security lights. Very professional and tidy. Obviously they care about their products and their customers. All relevant apps were installed in our phones and they took all the time they needed to ensure we knew what we were doing with these apps. We would Highly recommend MCA and give them maximum stars for everything. A big thank you to all the team on site and also the helpful and friendly office staff.

We had our CCTV installed back in Oct 2022. We have had no issues whatsoever with the unit, great picture quality and through explanation of how the system works was given. Recently, dec 2023 we changed our internet provider which caused issues in receiving notifications on our phones.. I called MCA and they were very supportive and sent a technician to complete the setup for me. Thank you for a great and friendly service.

We have used MCA for our house security for 40 years in every house we have lived in. They are exceptionally efficient and professional in all their dealings and we have had no worries about recommending them to others. The team have just updated our alarm system to a wireless system and we are really pleased with it, so easy to use. They are extremely upfront about costs and fully explained how the new system worked. The work was done very professionally and efficiently and left clean and tidy. Have used MCA to install and service alarms since 1994 and each installation they have done for us has been quick and neat. They considered carefully where to place everything and, with wireless sensors, said they will be happy to move any that are causing problems.
