We have used MCA for many years and have always been impressed with the people and the service they provide. We recently decided to have our security system upgraded and once again MCA were excellent. Amanda (in the office), Steve, Mike and Emma were all brilliant. They are friendly, professional and patient, taking time to explain everything clearly. They arrive on time, work efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end. Their after-sales help and support are also excellent. We really cannot speak too highly of MCA and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having previously taken over the maintenance of our old system, MCA was engaged to install a new system. After a site inspection and Quotation supplied, a new system was installed as agreed. New system installed on time with minimum hassle and comprehensive instructions on how to use the system. Totally satisfied with every aspect of the job, also responsible for the ongoing maintenance and servicing of the system. In our experience, we can recommend this company and their staff in every respect - totally satisfied.

After 13 years I decided to update my MCA alarm system. I received a written detailed quote and phoned to accept. An installation date was soon organised an a phone call on the day to say they was coming. The work was completed and they even brought their own vacuum cleaner for the brick dust created during drilling. The system was explained to me in detail, including the installation of an app.

I've just had a new alarm system fitted by MCA, a family run business trading for a good number of years. The service provided was outstanding, as was the cost. They arrived on time as scheduled. Mike arrived first and commenced installing the panel, followed shortly after by his son who installed the sensors and alarms etc and finally Mike's granddaughter who set up the panel and went through it's functions and operation with me. I even got a free car alarm sensors which is linked to the house alarm. They were prompt, polite, very tidy and the final job price was as per the original quote which was very refreshing as this is not always the case with some companies. I would definitely recommend MCA, Mike and his team to anyone looking for a new or additional alarm system

MCA has been providing security services to us for 40 years and, throughout this time, their service has always been of the highest standard. Today, we upgraded our system and Mike, Stephen and Emma came at the agreed time/day and completed the renewal promptly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional throughout and provided thorough training on how to use the new system. Overall a wonderful job and a firm to be recommended.

Very efficient, The engineer came out in god time to asses and quote. A date for fitting was agreed, they came out at the agreed time and date and worked quickly and efficiently, fully explained operating procedures. They also cleaned and took the old alarm away for disposal. Very happy with the system.

MCA installed a modern replacement security system. They worked quickly and professionally and to budget. They carefully explained and demonstrated everything about the new system. We wanted to find a local alarm company that could offer a well established alarm system as well as uncompromising customer service. In instructing MCA Security Systems to do the work were very happy that we have made the right choice. Mike, Steve and “Em” arrived on time yesterday morning and in the couple of hours that followed they completed the installation of our wireless alarm system. The work was done with the minimum of fuss in a very professional manner, before “Em” then took us through the operational side of the system, including key fobs and App connections. There’s a lot to take onboard but they said that we should pick up the phone and give them a call if we had any questions, they couldn’t of been any nicer. Following installation they offer a 12 month guarantee on parts followed by a very affordable annual maintenance and App contract. Their aim is to have a long term relationship with all of there customers, and having recently celebrated 40 years in business, it’s an aim that they have been working on for many years with a high level of success. We would recommend them and their services to anyone looking for a modern alarm/CCTV system.

Steve and Emma worked well as a team. The appointment was made quickly and they arrived on time, listened and followed our requirements through. They completed the job well, were enthusiastic and keen to show us how the system worked and what suited us with it. We were given a full explanation about the control panel and recommended App- it was demonstrated to us and we were left with the impression that they wanted to do a great job and ensure all was working well. It met all our requirements.
