The company was started back in 1982 by proprietor Mike Christian who has been in the alarm industry just about all of his working life. A family business run by Mike and his son Stephen who together look after all of the surveys, installations and servicing side of the business, Mike's granddaughter Emma has also joined the team. Daughter Amanda and other granddaughter Laura look after office administration.
As a traditional family business we have been trading for over 40 years, fully insured and a member of the Which Trusted Traders Scheme.
Most of our customers are either referrals or repeat business, with a vast customer database of over 6000 customers we cover areas from right here on the Wirral to as far as Lancashire and even Anglesey in North Wales. Over the years the business has expanded and now provides a full range of security services including residential as well as commercial Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV , security lighting and door entry systems and full maintenance and repairs.

What can I say...? fast and responsive service. I have used MCA previously when I moved into my property 15 years ago. They completely refitted the alarm system then. We are now having building work done on our property and needed to move some of the original sensors and extend the system. I was really concerned that my oversight of not planning the alarm system upgrade into the building works was going to completely drag everything out. MCA delivered! After speaking to them on the prior Thursday they were onsite on Monday and had everything done in a few hours. They even stayed later than expected to make sure the system was retested and serviced. During the works they identified a failed battery and replaced that at the same time. Grade A+++ service and I can't recommend them enough...

Came earlier than expected. Had the job done in 2 hours. Cost us £800 as we needed new panel. Infra reds... Wireless system connected to phone app. Its a superb system which let's us alarm the house while we are asleep. Can't fault the service. Recommended!

We have dealt with MCA for 30 years plus. Always a friendly company to deal with. Steve and /or Mike arrive on time, provide a good customer expectation. Their service can be relied upon for quality products/equipment, competitive price and delivery to time promised. Today they installed a new wireless alarm system, made no mess and did not disturb our daily activity in our home. The system is easy to operate and was explained well to our understanding. We have used MCA for many years and when our old alarm finally gave up we went to them for a quote for a new one. Steve came out and explained our options and we decided to go for a wireless system. This was installed about 4 weeks later and was completed in under 2 hours, the rubbish was taken away and the house left in a tidy state. The workings of the system were fully explained although it was a lot to take in at the time we soon got to grips with it and although it has been installed only a few days it is working fine so far. To complicate matters we got a new router the day after installation but managed to connect to it through the WPS system. We are very pleased so far and know from past experience that we will get exceptional service from this company in the future.

From the first phone call to the final completion. This firm is friendly, very helpful but above all so professional.First class advice, quick and clean installation. The installation was done at very short notice due to our impending holiday, and what was achieved before we went away was remarkable! Mike, Steven and Amanda are unfailingly helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble....so far! The only problem we have had is that there aren't many written instructions/guidelines, for troubleshooting any difficulties, and one has to be a real technophobe to resolve any hiccups online. Despite all of the above, the system works very well, and has given us great 'peace of mind', particularly when we are out for the day etc. We would heartily recommend MCA, and would happily endorse the service provided.

Old alarm had failed so needed a new one. Very fast turnaround, arrived on time for initial visit and gave us price there and then and explained the features etc. We were going away on holiday the following week and they managed to squeeze the installation in before we went which was very much appreciated. Quick and tidy installation and handover and ongoing support. Overall a very good experience, I would recommend this company to anybody looking for new security system at a sensible price.

I would not hesitate to recommend MCA. We have dealt with them since the 1980’s. When guttering leaked water into our alarm at 03.00 am at our previous house and we were unable to turn the noise off Mike Christian came out straight away and sorted it out for us! We have now had them replace the alarm installed at our new house and they have once again been totally great to deal with! Many thanks MCA!
