The company was started back in 1982 by proprietor Mike Christian who has been in the alarm industry just about all of his working life. A family business run by Mike and his son Stephen who together look after all of the surveys, installations and servicing side of the business, Mike's granddaughter Emma has also joined the team. Daughter Amanda and other granddaughter Laura look after office administration.
As a traditional family business we have been trading for over 40 years, fully insured and a member of the Which Trusted Traders Scheme.
Most of our customers are either referrals or repeat business, with a vast customer database of over 6000 customers we cover areas from right here on the Wirral to as far as Lancashire and even Anglesey in North Wales. Over the years the business has expanded and now provides a full range of security services including residential as well as commercial Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV , security lighting and door entry systems and full maintenance and repairs.

My house has had an MCA alarm for 33 years with a major upgrade in 2001 following house extension work. The system has always been reliable. The few faults have been rapidly and efficiently rectified. Today MCA installed a replacement, more modern system, within 5 days of my accepting their estimate, and the new system was installed in about 3 hours. The work was done very professionally and neatly with no mess left behind.

We cannot recommend MCA Alarms enough, from the time of our survey to the work being completed, all within a week. Mike and Steve were very punctual, clean, and professional in there work. The whole system was clearly explained to us and very easy to use, we have been with MCA now for over 10yrs, and nothing is too much trouble, any help or assistance you need they are there 24hrs a day. MCA Michael and his son came to fit an alarm system in one of my properties and the work they did was just exceptional. They arrived on time and got straight to work no messing around they just cracked on with the job. They were efficient, professional and quick. Just had the alarm system upgraded by MCA. They fitted the original system some 35 years ago and we've never had any bother with it, having it serviced each year by them. (Needed a system with no wiring) The same great service, gave a quote, turned up and did it, what more can you say! Right from first contact to estimate and fitting MCA were professional and prompt. Their quote was very competitive and the advice was honest only pricing for what was required to do the job efficiently. The team turned spot on time and worked diligently cleaning up after each component was fitted. After all rubbish was removed each unit was demonstrated with hands on instruction. Had full burglar alarm fitted. Mike and Stephen arrived at the stated time, priced the job at the expected amount. They got on with the work in a very professional way clearing up as they went along. When all installed a full run through was given very clearly. Job completed in the expected time, all very neat and tidy. We don't normally like workmen at our house but these guys are welcome any time. Brilliant professional workmanship from start to finish, didn't know the'd been when they left except for the superb alarm system. Looking forward to the first service next year!
