A date for fitting was agreed, they came out at the agreed time and date and worked quickly and efficiently, fully explained operating procedures. They also cleaned and took the old alarm away for disposal. Very happy with the system.

MCA installed a modern replacement security system. They worked quickly and professionally and to budget. They carefully explained and demonstrated everything about the new system. We wanted to find a local alarm company that could offer a well established alarm system as well as uncompromising customer service. In instructing MCA Security Systems to do the work were very happy that we have made the right choice. Mike, Steve and “Em” arrived on time yesterday morning and in the couple of hours that followed they completed the installation of our wireless alarm system. The work was done with the minimum of fuss in a very professional manner, before “Em” then took us through the operational side of the system, including key fobs and App connections. There’s a lot to take onboard but they said that we should pick up the phone and give them a call if we had any questions, they couldn’t of been any nicer. Following installation they offer a 12 month guarantee on parts followed by a very affordable annual maintenance and App contract. Their aim is to have a long term relationship with all of there customers, and having recently celebrated 40 years in business, it’s an aim that they have been working on for many years with a high level of success. We would recommend them and their services to anyone looking for a modern alarm/CCTV system.

Steve and Emma worked well as a team. The appointment was made quickly and they arrived on time, listened and followed our requirements through. They completed the job well, were enthusiastic and keen to show us how the system worked and what suited us with it. We were given a full explanation about the control panel and recommended App- it was demonstrated to us and we were left with the impression that they wanted to do a great job and ensure all was working well. It met all our requirements.

Mike and Steve fitted my CCTV cameras with the minimum of fuss and no mess at all. Two very pleasant men who took pains to explain everything and set it all up so as to minimise any worries we might have had about operating it. They told us to call if any problems and they would be back at the first available time. I was pleasantly surprised to get an internet extender as part of the deal and now it all runs a bit faster and I can do away with a ethernet cable that I had to use when the WIFI was weak upstairs. We would recommend MCA without fear and we don't do that lightly having been let down by other businesses in the past.

I contacted MCA as our Bowling Club in West Kirby needed a new CCTV system. Steve came out very quickly and gave me a price there and then. After another Company coming along, we decided to go with MCA as Mike had gone into what he was going to provide in great detail. We had a date for the installation, but as we had experienced anti-social behaviour on our bowling green over the weekend, I contacted the Company and they came out within two days and installed the new CCTV. Service was spot on and the new system is great. Very clear pictures, tidy workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend this family Company. Thank you Mike and Steve.

Mike , Steve and Emma arrived as arranged first thing this morning. Very pleasant and very helpful. They supplied and fitted a complete intruder system, a solar camera, a video doorbell and two security lights. Very professional and tidy. Obviously they care about their products and their customers. All relevant apps were installed in our phones and they took all the time they needed to ensure we knew what we were doing with these apps. We had our CCTV installed back in Oct 2022. We have had no issues whatsoever with the unit, great picture quality and through explanation of how the system works was given. Recently, dec 2023 we changed our internet provider which caused issues in receiving notifications on our phones.. I called MCA and they were very supportive and sent a technician to complete the setup for me. Thank you for a great and friendly service.

Have used MCA to install and service alarms since 1994 and each installation they have done for us has been quick and neat. They considered carefully where to place everything and, with wireless sensors, said they will be happy to move any that are causing problems.

My alarm system was over thirty years old, having been installed by MCA SECURITY SERVICES. They advised me on replacement, at a very reasonable price and after my acceptance provided an installation date and time. Both were honoured and the work was carried out with minimal disruption in a friendly and efficient manner. A full explanation of the system was given and all was very satisfactory. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

What can I say...? fast and responsive service. I have used MCA previously when I moved into my property 15 years ago. They completely refitted the alarm system then. We are now having building work done on our property and needed to move some of the original sensors and extend the system. I was really concerned that my oversight of not planning the alarm system upgrade into the building works was going to completely drag everything out. MCA delivered! After speaking to them on the prior Thursday they were onsite on Monday and had everything done in a few hours. They even stayed later than expected to make sure the system was retested and serviced. During the works they identified a failed battery and replaced that at the same time. Grade A+++ service and I can't recommend them enough...

Came earlier than expected. Had the job done in 2 hours. Cost us £800 as we needed new panel. Infra reds... Wireless system connected to phone app. Its a superb system which let's us alarm the house while we are asleep. Can't fault the service. Recommended!

We have used MCA for many years and when our old alarm finally gave up we went to them for a quote for a new one. Steve came out and explained our options and we decided to go for a wireless system. This was installed about 4 weeks later and was completed in under 2 hours, the rubbish was taken away and the house left in a tidy state. The workings of the system were fully explained although it was a lot to take in at the time we soon got to grips with it and although it has been installed only a few days it is working fine so far. To complicate matters we got a new router the day after installation but managed to connect to it through the WPS system. We are very pleased so far and know from past experience that we will get exceptional service from this company in the future.

From the first phone call to the final completion. This firm is friendly, very helpful but above all so professional.First class advice, quick and clean installation. There knowledge in their chosen profession is outstanding. To communicate to someone like myself who was unsure of what I needed was outstanding. I can only say a massive thank you and think it’s a pity life isn't always this reasonable and simple.

Excellent work can not fault them from booking a time to insulation was kept updated and the after care has been excellent Mike came back a couple of times to sort a problem out for me would recommend them to friends nice to deal with a family local company great work.

The installation was done at very short notice due to our impending holiday, and what was achieved before we went away was remarkable! Mike, Steven and Amanda are unfailingly helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble....so far! The only problem we have had is that there aren't many written instructions/guidelines, for troubleshooting any difficulties, and one has to be a real technophobe to resolve any hiccups online. Despite all of the above, the system works very well, and has given us great 'peace of mind', particularly when we are out for the day etc. We would heartily recommend MCA, and would happily endorse the service provided.
