About
The company was started back in 1982 by proprietor Mike Christian who has been in the alarm industry just about all of his working life. A family business run by Mike and his son Stephen who together look after all of the surveys, installations and servicing side of the business, Mike's granddaughter Emma has also joined the team. Daughter Amanda and other granddaughter Laura look after office administration.
As a traditional family business we have been trading for over 40 years, fully insured and a member of the Which Trusted Traders Scheme.
Most of our customers are either referrals or repeat business, with a vast customer database of over 6000 customers we cover areas from right here on the Wirral to as far as Lancashire and even Anglesey in North Wales. Over the years the business has expanded and now provides a full range of security services including residential as well as commercial Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV , security lighting and door entry systems and full maintenance and repairs.

Mike and Stephen Christian (MCA Security Services) have just finished fitting and setting up a 3 camera system to my property in Prenton. They came recommended by a friend. I am so pleased with the set-up. Clear HD coverage of my property front and back. They arrived on time, rechecked with me what was to be done. Then, just got on and did it, no fuss no bother. A few hours later after a clean up (packaging etc) the system was demonstrated. Would recommended them 100% and have no hesitation giving them a 5* review.

We cannot recommend MCA Alarms enough, from the time of our survey to the work being completed, all within a week. Mike and Steve were very punctual, clean, and professional in there work. The whole system was clearly explained to us and very easy to use, we have been with MCA now for over 10yrs, and nothing is too much trouble, any help or assistance you need they are there 24hrs a day. Following an intruder accessing my garage, I called MCA straight away to see how my existing system could be upgraded, to give me greater protection and peace of mind. They were extremely helpful and organised a visit from Mike straight away. He talked me through a range of options and gave a very reasonable quote. They very kindly fitted the work into their schedule the same week, which I really appreciated. Both Mike and Stephen fitted the new system and the work was carried out to a very high standard. They are extremely knowledgeable and were very good at explaining the operating instructions to me. We have been with MCA for many years and recently decided to upgrade our alarm to a wireless system and have CCTV installed. We have had a maintenance contract with this company and this has given us the security of knowing that they will come out to fix the system should anything go wrong. I would add that we have been with the company for 23 years and have only needed to do this on two occasions. They are reliable and professional, giving us the peace of mind we need. The new installation took a day and a neat and tidy job was done to a high standard. We were given comprehensive guidance on how to use the system and they came back a few days later to help us with understanding the new system. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
