MCA have serviced our home security system for many years. This week they installed a new updated system with the service we have come to expect - prompt, efficient and very helpful. Arrived promptly and completed within stated time after fully installing a new system. Very pleased with the service and know from our experience that any future problems will be responded to very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Recommended by a friend, MCA were engaged to fit security lights, CCTV and some decorative lights. Work was completed to the highest of standards. Mike and Steve were superb workers, they cleaned up after themselves and had a great manner too. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They assisted us whilst building work was being done by disabling different parts of the old alarm system as work progressed. From the moment Mike (MCA) came round to provide an analysis and quotation, I felt confident in his expertise and integrity. The subsequent installation was everything I hoped for: efficient, neat, reasonably priced and informative. I was particularly grateful for the manner in which Mike and Stephen managed to fit us in just before Xmas, at what was clearly a busy time for them. I also appreciated the way in which they cleared up after the work was completed, even providing repairs to the walls caused by the original installation when the house was built. MCA supplied and installed an intruder alarm system for me. They arrived promptly on the agreed date both for the initial survey and to carry out the work at the agreed price. They were very friendly, fast and efficient, the system was installed within a couple of hours and they were very neat and tidy. They explained the system thoroughly and installed the app on our phones so that we can operate the alarm remotely. There was a slight problem with one of the sensors shortly after installation and this was replaced promptly after contacting the company. Very pleased with the job and would highly recommend this company

We have used this company for the last 2 years to service our alarm system and they always arrive as agreed and do a good job. This year we decided to have an external cctv system fitted around the house. we were given friendly professional advice agreed the price and what day they would fit it. They arrived as promised did a neat and tidy job and were finished in a couple of hours. Very good service and would recommend to others.

We wanted to find a local alarm company that could offer a well established alarm system as well as uncompromising customer service. In instructing MCA Security Systems to do the work were very happy that we have made the right choice. Mike, Steve and “Em” arrived on time yesterday morning and in the couple of hours that followed they completed the installation of our wireless alarm system. The work was done with the minimum of fuss in a very professional manner, before “Em” then took us through the operational side of the system, including key fobs and App connections. There’s a lot to take onboard but they said that we should pick up the phone and give them a call if we had any questions, they couldn’t of been any nicer. Following installation they offer a 12 month guarantee on parts followed by a very affordable annual maintenance and App contract. Their aim is to have a long term relationship with all of there customers, and having recently celebrated 40 years in business, it’s an aim that they have been working on for many years with a high level of success. We would recommend them and their services to anyone looking for a modern alarm/CCTV system.
