About
The company was started back in 1982 by proprietor Mike Christian who has been in the alarm industry just about all of his working life. A family business run by Mike and his son Stephen who together look after all of the surveys, installations and servicing side of the business, Mike's granddaughter Emma has also joined the team. Daughter Amanda and other granddaughter Laura look after office administration.
As a traditional family business we have been trading for over 40 years, fully insured and a member of the Which Trusted Traders Scheme.
Most of our customers are either referrals or repeat business, with a vast customer database of over 6000 customers we cover areas from right here on the Wirral to as far as Lancashire and even Anglesey in North Wales. Over the years the business has expanded and now provides a full range of security services including residential as well as commercial Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV , security lighting and door entry systems and full maintenance and repairs.

MCA has been providing security services to us for 40 years and, throughout this time, their service has always been of the highest standard. Today, we upgraded our system and Mike, Stephen and Emma came at the agreed time/day and completed the renewal promptly and efficiently. MCA arrived on the agreed date and replaced 5 old external security light fittings and installed a new house alarm system. On completion explained the new system in detail and left the house and outside areas in a clean condition would recommend MCA to family and friends with no hesitation.

We have used MCA before. They arrived as arranged and started on site immediately. Noise/disruption was kept to a minimum. Were told just would take 3 days and it did. Minor adjustments were made at our request and training was given to relevant staff.

We have used MCA for many years and when our old alarm finally gave up we went to them for a quote for a new one. Steve came out and explained our options and we decided to go for a wireless system. This was installed about 4 weeks later and was completed in under 2 hours, the rubbish was taken away and the house left in a tidy state. The workings of the system were fully explained although it was a lot to take in at the time we soon got to grips with it and although it has been installed only a few days it is working fine so far. To complicate matters we got a new router the day after installation but managed to connect to it through the WPS system. We are very pleased so far and know from past experience that we will get exceptional service from this company in the future.

The installation was done at very short notice due to our impending holiday, and what was achieved before we went away was remarkable! Mike, Steven and Amanda are unfailingly helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble....so far! The only problem we have had is that there aren't many written instructions/guidelines, for troubleshooting any difficulties, and one has to be a real technophobe to resolve any hiccups online. Despite all of the above, the system works very well, and has given us great 'peace of mind', particularly when we are out for the day etc. We would heartily recommend MCA, and would happily endorse the service provided.

Steve and Emma worked well as a team. The appointment was made quickly and they arrived on time, listened and followed our requirements through.
