About
The company was started back in 1982 by proprietor Mike Christian who has been in the alarm industry just about all of his working life. A family business run by Mike and his son Stephen who together look after all of the surveys, installations and servicing side of the business, Mike's granddaughter Emma has also joined the team. Daughter Amanda and other granddaughter Laura look after office administration.
As a traditional family business we have been trading for over 40 years, fully insured and a member of the Which Trusted Traders Scheme.
Most of our customers are either referrals or repeat business, with a vast customer database of over 6000 customers we cover areas from right here on the Wirral to as far as Lancashire and even Anglesey in North Wales. Over the years the business has expanded and now provides a full range of security services including residential as well as commercial Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV , security lighting and door entry systems and full maintenance and repairs.

Decommissioned our 25 year old alarm (from another company who'd abandoned us). They developed a way of keeping the good bits of the old system and added up-to-date components and its working brilliantly. This meant very little disruption and no need for redecoration. Local and friendly they really listened to what we wanted and made very good suggestions. Their prices are very fair. system is upgradeable and hence future proof. Great service

MCA carried out a full service and bell replacement on my system. They provided a very detailed and clear schedule of the works required. Great service arrived on time, arranged for both survey and was very helpful and clear with his security solutions for my property! Day of installation again on time arranged! The installation was done with care and quickly and cleaned up when they finished. On the day of survey he made a small repair to my old system to keep it going! MCA came to my home to put CCTV and security lights to the front and back of the property. They were very professional and helpful and were clear on the costs. The cleaned up as well. My only negative point is that they didn't accept card payments which seemed odd - they should accept all types of payments.

Fitted a new house burglar alarm system. Very thorough in what needed doing/fitting and not overloading/pricing. Friendly and keen to know what 'we' wanted and worked to our requirements. Excellent service. The company provided security advice and quote within 24 hours of our first enquiry. The existing alarm was updated and new CCTV was fitted within the week. Right from first contact to estimate and fitting MCA were professional and prompt. Their quote was very competitive and the advice was honest only pricing for what was required to do the job efficiently.
