Ross serviced my combi boiler and installed a Hive thermostat to replace my previous aged Danfoss thermostat. He arrived on time and immediately asked a few questions to confirm that I understood how Hive worked and that it was what I wanted. After completing the service he showed me a couple of photos showing where he'd removed dirt from the boiler. He told me that the boiler would keep going for another 5 years. I had been concerned about its lifetime after another boiler engineer told me virtually immediately on arriving that there was no point in repairing it as it was on its last legs (I had called him in for a repair. Instead he tried to sell me a new boiler). Ross installed the Hive thermostat and helped me when I needed it to complete downloading the Hive app on my mobile. He showed me how to control and program Hive and programmed it for me after asking my preferred settings. Altogether I had confidence in him and found him easy and pleasant to deal with.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Ross. From the start of our communication he came actions as trustworthy and down to earth and I felt he would do the work I needed doing with sincerity and thoroughness. I was not disappointed and my intuition was justified in appointing Ross to preside my house for renting out on a commercial let. Ross serviced my boiler, flushed out the radiators, replaced old TRVs on four radiators, replaced a bathroom mixer shower tap, fitted a new stop cock and replaced an old linked pipe and introduced me to a water conditioner which saved me ££s over fitting a water softener at the property. I was out of the country when Ross did the work but he kept in touch with me throughout the day and completed everything on the same day. He sent me photos of what he was purchasing and of the replaced pipe and new water conditioner I would describe Ross as a down to earth, straight forward engineer who does an excellent job. I am delighted with the work he has done at the house

Ross quoted and installed a new boiler for us last week. He gave us options and recommended certain boilers and took our budget into account. He was knowledgeable with what we required and was friendly throughout the process. He was flexible with availability and was on time on the day. He was polite when he came to our house to fit the boiler and caused minimal disruption. I would not hesitate to call him again for any future work and highly recommend to others.

Ross did a plumbing survey for me on a property we wished to purchase. He was very thorough and kept in contact with us. We received his final report and he was most helpful.

First impressions were very positive: Ross is friendly, straightforward, not pushy and gave us a reasonable quote which he adhered to. He offered to adjust his schedule to accommodate us as we had been without heating and hot water for three weeks. Ross installed our new boiler very quickly with a minimum of upheaval. It has been working brilliantly, with no teething problems at all. Our radiators have not worked this well in the twelve years with our old boiler. So happy to have found Ross and would highly recommend him. We will be using him for all our future plumbing requirements.

Ross replaced my water softener with a like for like model plus added in a change to the overflow route. He was efficient and great value. Ross has done other plumbing work for me in the past and he gave great advice, put my best interests first rather than simply implementing previously agreed plans and made very sensible recommendations. He is clearly thoughtful and smart. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, I have used Ross several times to not only fit a new boiler but to service annually and complete Gas Safety Certificates. He is very accommodating, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Called 1 week before work was needed and Ross managed to make time to install my heating etc. great work very professional and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Also clean up after himself and left no mess like other traders I’ve used. Thanks Ross.
