My 10 year old PC had unexpectedly stopped running. On an internet search I found Leeds PC Repairs. I spoke to a gentleman there (Jim) who suggested I bring the machine in and they would have a look at it. They were able to fix that particular problem the same day. I was very impressed with the speed and the quality of the work - they had to reinstall Windows to fix the problem. Unfortunately the PC developed other problems after a few weeks and in the end it was unable to be repaired. So they put my hard drive into a different PC and I now have an almost new PC, thanks to Jim and James's dedication and perseverance! I am so grateful for their expertise in helping to keep my computer running. They went beyond expectations but that is the kind of business they are - willing to dig deep until they find a solution to the problem and even then, if it is unsolvable, making the situation better. I was always kept informed of progress, and their charges were most reasonable. They let me know I could contact them if I had any concerns or problems. If anyone ever has computer problems, I highly recommend Leeds PC Repairs.

My daughter had previously taken the computer to a repair shop where they had quoted a price and then added on costs when she went to pick it up (for no apparent reason) McKenzie UK limited identified the problem, quoted a very reasonable price communicated well and had fixed the computer within hours. They were friendly, helpful and also offered a years guarantee on the part, with the offer to bring the computer back if we had any issues. We have not used them before but on this experience would recommend without hesitation. We Will certainly use them again for any computer problems.

I have used McKenzie for a number of issues all PC related, web design/hosting, PC repair/upgrades. They are excellent. The battery on my laptop would not charge up. I had to stop using it. I phoned Leeds PC repairs, made an appointment and took the laptop to them. They sorted out the fault within a few minutes- it was the AC adapter/power cord. They ordered a replacement from the manufacturer and it arrived two working days later. The laptop is now back to normal. The price was only £38. I would use the firm again and recommend it

I encountered an unusual password issue which locked me out of my laptop and could have led, at the least, to losing all my data. PC Repair fixed my problem within 24 hours at a reasonable cost in a friendly cheerful manner. Don't hesitate to use this company!

I needed a new PC. Having listened to my requirements a new model was recommended, obtained and data transferred from the old machine . Clear advice on home setup was given in a very friendly way The whole process was completely stress free and very good value for money.

They've also adjusted my friend's laptop for her. Repairs and services are inevitable.
