Mckenzie-UK Limited T/A Leeds PC Repairs

I was having trouble transferring data from my in-laws Windows 10 desktop, to a refurbished Windows 11 pc. I emailed a number of repairers, with no avail. Leeds P C repairs rang me teatime on Monday, whereby I explained the problem, they were fairly confident that they would be able to help. I dropped it off at 9 a.m. the following morning (two days before Christmas), I was told to return at 3 p.m. When I went to collect it, they explained that there were a number of issues with the old machine, however, it had all been sorted, tidied up the data, backed it up etc. The price was very reasonable, I will definitely use Leeds P C repairs again if I have any issues with computers in the future. Nice people to deal with, very professional, courteous, efficient service, highly rated. Thank you for sorting it for me

Having had issues with my Dell laptop not having Windows 11, I decided to see if it could be upgraded. Companies said no, it can't be done... buy a new one. I looked on Which trusted trader who had this company listed not too far away from me, I spoke to them and they assured me it could be done. Monday, I took it to them in Leeds, they were very nice and helpful, Tuesday, they rang me to say it's done, ready to collect. Great service, not too expensive.

My 10 year old PC had unexpectedly stopped running. On an internet search I found Leeds PC Repairs. I spoke to a gentleman there (Jim) who suggested I bring the machine in and they would have a look at it. They were able to fix that particular problem the same day. I was very impressed with the speed and the quality of the work - they had to reinstall Windows to fix the problem. Unfortunately the PC developed other problems after a few weeks and in the end it was unable to be repaired. So they put my hard drive into a different PC and I now have an almost new PC, thanks to Jim and James's dedication and perseverance! I am so grateful for their expertise in helping to keep my computer running. They went beyond expectations but that is the kind of business they are - willing to dig deep until they find a solution to the problem and even then, if it is unsolvable, making the situation better. I was always kept informed of progress, and their charges were most reasonable. They let me know I could contact them if I had any concerns or problems. If anyone ever has computer problems, I highly recommend Leeds PC Repairs.

My daughter had previously taken the computer to a repair shop where they had quoted a price and then added on costs when she went to pick it up (for no apparent reason) McKenzie UK limited identified the problem, quoted a very reasonable price communicated well and had fixed the computer within hours. They were friendly, helpful and also offered a years guarantee on the part, with the offer to bring the computer back if we had any issues. We have not used them before but on this experience would recommend without hesitation. We Will certainly use them again for any computer problems.

I have used McKenzie for a number of issues all PC related, web design/hosting, PC repair/upgrades. They are excellent. Very reasonable on price, never attempt to "upsell " you, happy to repair older machines where possible. I thoroughly recommend them for all IT/web/email related problems/advice. A great family business. Chris G. Leeds

The battery on my laptop would not charge up. I had to stop using it. I phoned Leeds PC repairs, made an appointment and took the laptop to them. They sorted out the fault within a few minutes- it was the AC adapter/power cord. They ordered a replacement from the manufacturer and it arrived two working days later. The laptop is now back to normal. The price was only £38. I would use the firm again and recommend it

I encountered an unusual password issue which locked me out of my laptop and could have led, at the least, to losing all my data. PC Repair fixed my problem within 24 hours at a reasonable cost in a friendly cheerful manner. Don't hesitate to use this company!

I needed a new PC. Having listened to my requirements a new model was recommended, obtained and data transferred from the old machine . Clear advice on home setup was given in a very friendly way The whole process was completely stress free and very good value for money.

Friday 28-06-2019 I am very happy with repairs to my laptop done by Leeds PC Repairs, The Lodge, 87 Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds LS7 3QQ. I recommend this firm.

I've used this firm for the past 20 years now for both my personal and business computer needs including computer hardware, repairs, web design etc etc. If it's a top rate personal service you want then you need look no further. You won't find anyone better in the Leeds/West Yorkshire area.

I've bought 2 laptops from PC Repairs, one for me and one for a 90 year-old friend. The team listen to our requirements and give us what we need, at reasonable cost. They've also adjusted my friend's laptop for her. Repairs and services are inevitable. The team do them as quickly as possible and always ask me to get in touch if the laptops need further adjustment. I'm a loyal customer because I feel valued: I didn't when my repairs were done by 'big name' traders. Leeds PC Repairs are concerned about me, my friend, and our budgets: they've never done a 'hard sell', palmed us off with a bad job - or laughed at me when the problem's about our technophobia! Highly recommended by me, a long-term customer.

Fancied a back up desktop PC for a fair price and they sorted one out for me the same day! Not silly money but a good Windows 7 one which does just what I want. Also sorted my 2 in 1 out for me free of charge whilst I waited. Been using them for PC's and repairs for over 15 years and they never fail to provide me with what I need - quickly and at a fair price. Recommended them to friends who've also been pleased with their service.

I smashed my laptop screen for the second time this year and due to past experience I was reluctant to use the same business I previously dealt with. After taking strong recommendation from my sister-in-law, I got in contact with James who dealt with my needs promptly. The laptop screen was fitted within a couple of days and I am now back to graft the way it should be.. thank you and I will be using you once again when needed!!
