We offer boiler care plans at competitive rates with quick response times to emergencies using our 24 hour emergency response service. For too long we’ve struggled to control the temperature but after a new cartridge was fitted by Barry one of McRoberts up and coming excellent plumbers we can safely and easily operate to our desired setting . Barry carried out other work on the same day which was covered by McRoberts excellent 5 star maintenance contract which currently is charged at £17-50 per month . I would most definitely recommend this Kilmarnock company .

Had a number of radiators replaced of which one was not heating properly for a number of years. Planed work was costed and options were offered on best way forward. Workmen provided through McRoberts Heating services were very tidy and helpful in sorting out issues found. Helped also to re-establish the heating system post drain down. Would certainly use again and have planned in further heating systems work through them for 2024.

Had a boiler breakdown on a Sunday night, called McRoberts and they attended quickly. Unfortunately a part was needed which they sourced the next morning and came out to install and got my boiler working again. Can't fault the service or price, engineer and office were friendly and polite and I'm thankful that they got my boiler repaired so quickly given that I've got two young kids.

I had a leak at the boiler and also the toilet wasn't working as it should. There was someone at the house promptly to complete all the necessary work and there was no mess left, we were informed when the work was completed and also shown what the problem was and what was rectified. We were very happy with the service supplied

We have had several different jobs completed by McRoberts including a new oil boiler, a new oil tank as well as plumbing for an extension. All work was carried out to a high standard at a competitive price. The staff are excellent and the work was carried out very quickly. I would have no hesitation using them again for future work.
