MD Plumbers is a family run Plumbing, Heating and Gas business working primarily in the Surrey and South London areas.
We are a reliable and trusty worthy team, putting your wants and needs first. Your home is as important to us as it is to you and we want to ensure your living requirements are comfortable, whilst also safe.

The team have a flexible work schedule and can be contacted outside of general office hours.

Mark Dickinson was one of 3 plumbers from the Which website that I contacted to replace a shower door and some basins. Mark responded as soon as he returned from holiday, made a site visit and sent me a quote within days. I had made it quite clear that I would provide all the materials and just needed a fitting cost. The quote was slightly above our budget but I had been impressed by his manner and attitude when he visited and accepted the quote. On the appointed day, one of his workers, Lee, attended and spent nearly 5 hours completing all the jobs professionally and efficiently, cleaning up as he went. Unfortunately, a small leak developed in one of the basins overnight. A quick message to Mark and Lee was dispatched to fix the problem within half an hour the same day. Lee acknowledged the problem and fixed it properly. Lee was friendly and good-humoured throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending his work. It’s rare to find a company these days that is punctual, keeps its promises and sorts out any teething problems promptly. Well done to Mark and his excellent team of workers. I shall certainly be using them again in the future for all my heating and plumbing issues.

Bathroom refurbishment completed by MD Plumbers PHG Ltd. Fantastic experience received by Mark and the team. Work started on time, kept us updated as to progress, facilitated our last minute changes and gave great advice as to layout and bathroom fittings. Service boiler and deal with filling problem. Right from the first contact with Mark the arrangements for the visit were dealt with very efficiently with an email confirming time, date and name of plumber who would be attending. Lee arrived on time and on investing the filling issue discovered some problems with the installation that were causing the lack of water to the filling loop. He took time to explain the problem to me and was very pragmatic in his approach which solved the issue. Throughout the time spent he had to contend with the difficulties of parking in the area but he remained calm and had a very polite and pleasant manner.

Mark fitted a new bathroom to replace the existing one which had been in place for 15 years. This included a full change of furniture, revised electrics, new ceiling and floor and improvement to the heated towel rail structure. We got three quotes and chose Mark because he offered good value but also was the most proactive in understanding our needs and providing visual samples of his work. Also he was a local, small business which was important to us The work ran exactly to the timetable in the original proposal. Mark usually worked on his own but used two colleagues to provide expertise where needed, particularly in laying vinyl flooring We had already discussed our furniture requirements with a plumbing supplier, however Mark used his local knowledge to get us a better deal with an alternative retailer and recommended enhancements for some of the items We are delighted with the new bathroom

Mark sent one of his team to replace a ball valve on my faulty toilet. Lee attended the job on time and left the area immaculate after completing the work. I was extremely impressed with the level of workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend and use MD Plumbers again in the future. Extremely reliable, efficient and skilled in their work.
