Reliable, efficient and tidy We had a radiator replaced and 2 others relocated and replaced Mark was quick to respond and thorough in his details. Always made me feel like the work was in good hands The work was done without issue, delay or hassle I would defo use them again

Service boiler and deal with filling problem. Right from the first contact with Mark the arrangements for the visit were dealt with very efficiently with an email confirming time, date and name of plumber who would be attending. Lee arrived on time and on investing the filling issue discovered some problems with the installation that were causing the lack of water to the filling loop. He took time to explain the problem to me and was very pragmatic in his approach which solved the issue. Throughout the time spent he had to contend with the difficulties of parking in the area but he remained calm and had a very polite and pleasant manner.

Mark fitted a new bathroom to replace the existing one which had been in place for 15 years. This included a full change of furniture, revised electrics, new ceiling and floor and improvement to the heated towel rail structure. We got three quotes and chose Mark because he offered good value but also was the most proactive in understanding our needs and providing visual samples of his work. Also he was a local, small business which was important to us The work ran exactly to the timetable in the original proposal. Mark usually worked on his own but used two colleagues to provide expertise where needed, particularly in laying vinyl flooring We had already discussed our furniture requirements with a plumbing supplier, however Mark used his local knowledge to get us a better deal with an alternative retailer and recommended enhancements for some of the items We are delighted with the new bathroom

Mark sent one of his team to replace a ball valve on my faulty toilet. Lee attended the job on time and left the area immaculate after completing the work. I was extremely impressed with the level of workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend and use MD Plumbers again in the future. Extremely reliable, efficient and skilled in their work.
