I was very impressed with my dealings with Foxx. He clearly knew about my specific model of water heater. He asked me to provide a short video of the drip going into the overflow tube and ordered the relevant part straight away. He kept me up to date on when the part was expected to arrive and was flexible with his schedule to fit in a appointment as soon as he had the part. He called shortly before the appointment to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He did the necessary work, talked to us about what he did and left the area tidy. A great experience overall. As a Which? Subscriber, I often use this service. We called Foxx to come and have a look at our electric shower, which had stopped working. He offered a fault finding service but said he was concerned he might be too pricey and even suggested using a different electrician to find the fault and then he'd quote on their findings. Ultimately, as we were aware of the very dodgy wiring in our new bungalow, we decided to go with him based on his reviews and the detailed advice he provided in the initial call. He arrived within twenty four hours later and spent two hours at the property. He identified the specifics of the particular issue with the shower but also tested and checked some others that we had for the same price. We were already preparing for a costly rewiring job too and Foxx recommended an ECIS test, suggesting that, although he could do it, he would prefer for us to self-select a different electrician and then we could consider later quotes with more confidence. I was very impressed with his hard work, advice and honesty and am very pleased we contacted him. I am more than happy approaching him for a quote on the job to fix our electrics as I have the confidence that he will do a brilliant job. A great trader.

Installed a new electric shower and sorted out the mains electric lines running into it. I can’t recommend Foxx enough as he was professional from the first call, even making recommendations on how I could fix the issue myself which was greatly appreciated. Alas my skills were not up to scratch and Foxx did an amazing job, super professional, really friendly and left the shower looking immaculate.
